Two more Wizards are up for year end awards. Kei Kamara's goal against the Philadelphia Union is up for goal of the year. And goalkeeper, Jimmy Nielsen is up for save of the year, with 6 nominees. I'd stopped posting when players were up for the weekly award due to the nature of the voting. It became an exercise in futility as fans of New York, Seattle, and others set up voting bots that flood the system.

Consett found themselves on the wrong end of a 3-1 stuffing, butthe defeatwould've been even heavierwere it not for the heroic efforts of their goalkeeper, Peter Jeffries, who pulled off a mind-bogglingly brilliant reactionsave to keep the score respectable.
