The Philadelphia Union and Toronto FC split the points tonight, as they were both able to score two goals a piece. The Union opened the scoring in the 11th minute of this one, as new striker Jay Simpson opened his Union scoring account with a low header after a cross into the box from Fabian Herbers was nodded on by Chris Pontius.

Liverpool crashed to their first defeat of pre-season against Hull at the KC Stadium this

club. The home side came away with an unexpected 3-0 victory thanks to goals in the first half from
Robert Brady and Robert Koren, added to in the second half by a close range finish from Jay
