MLS Commissioner Don Garber has fined Portland Timbers Owner Merritt Paulson $25,000 for inappropriate conduct directed at the officials, and through the use of social media, during and after the Timbers' match against D.C. United on Sept 29, 2012.
He may or may have been fined for this comment below.
