Welcome To The Karma Cafe!

Letters From Vagabondia 17 November @ 07:44 PM EST
I've often thought about opening a cafe where everyone would be treated the way they treat people in their everyday lives. If you are kind and compassionate, the service and food would be fantastic. The Amazing Disappearing Penalty Spot

Center Holds It 06 October @ 09:04 AM EST
One of the things you've just got to love about soccer is that, although the game has been played a zillion and one times (no, really, that's the actual count) for a hundred years and in every country, county and flyspeck island on Earth, somehow, something is always happening that leaves you shocked, stunned or amazed. Lessons learned from Ryan Giggs

MIKE JACOBS 05 October @ 09:06 PM EST
Former Sunderland standout Michael Gray (currently at Sheffield Wednesday) writes a blog for BBC Sport that gives insight into what life is like as a professional footballer. He had some really unique insight into what has helped extend Ryan Giggs' tremendous career.

OAKES in the Offseason

Pretty Tough » Soccer 28 September @ 10:49 AM EST

What an amazing experience being part of the inaugural Women's Professional Soccer season has been! I'm a part of history. I'm a PRO athlete. But now it's the offseason, and so what next?

Man United Ageing Trio Will Play Forever: It’s Just Like Cocoon but Without the Aliens!

Caught Offside 05 August @ 04:39 AM EST

Someone must be spiking their Ovaltine!

"People may say Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and Gary Neville are finished, that they've had their day – but that is a pretty dangerous assumption," said Ferguson.

"Giggs has been out of this world in pre-season.

Yoga Fun with Clint & Claudio

The Offside Rules 16 July @ 11:02 AM EST
I'm pretty open-minded. Really I am. But there is something funny about Cleetus & Claudio doing an infomercial for yoga. I mean Reyna I get because he is aged (pronounced "age-jed") and at this point he was probably trying anything to keep his kneecap from exiting his skin and landing on the Giants Stadium turf in the 76th minute. The Offside 13 October @ 05:30 PM EST
Slightly odd news coming out of Man City today is that 20 year old potential superstar midfielder Michael Johnson is taking up yoga. Not as a spiritual reaction against the new big money Man City regime, but in an attempt to cure his persistent pelvic problem. "He is still having problems with pain and has not [.
