In the game watched by Leo Beenhakker Legia was much better in the first half, whereas Lech controlled the game after the break. This weekend the most important event in Polish football was the game between Wisla Krakow and Lech Poznan, in which almost a half of Bialo Czerwoni squad took part. Lech won 4-1 after a great game and a brace by Robert Lewandowski. The 20 year old striker can now officially be called the biggest talent in the Polish league.

Wisla Krakow made history yesterday as they became the first Polish club to defeat the mighty FC Barcelona. At least they came out of the draw with something after losing the first game 0:4. The win is even more valuable when we consider the fact that the Catalans played their strongest squad possible (apart from Leo Messi).
