are rubbing their hands in glee over this story!), the Barcelona boys have continued to lend their

#RioFerdy has been busy tweeting a few photos of the Manchester United squad's visit to the
White House yesterday. Firstly an ensemble group shot outside Barack's front
door...
...tucking into the free White House cookies doled out by the heavily-armed security staff
nothing untoward about that whatsoever.
Ahead of our game against Barcelona in Washington, Manchester United players visited the White
House.

Of course, we haven't actually got any proof that the Obamas are actually gathered around their
crazy cushion-table in the White House Treaty Room to watch the Women's World Cup final in this
snap at all in fact, we may as well have told you that they are watching repeats of Home
Improvement.

I know I haven't done a whole lot of Women's World Cup talk these last couple weeks (a shame I
know) but I thought this was cool photo of President Barrack Obama and his family watching the
game from the White House.
Not two names that are usually said together.The Colorado Rapids team paid a visit to the White
House to celebrate their 2010 MLS Cup championship victory.During the course of the ceremony they
presented Obama with a No 10 jersey at which point he jokingly comparing himself to Lionel
Messi.
Another political leader at No. 10 MLS champions Colorado Rapids presented President Obama with a
'OBAMA 10′ personalised shirt during a visit to the White House. The squad received a reception
from Obama to mark their first MLS title. After receiving his number 10 shirt, the President
commented "that's me and Messi"!

The Colorado Rapids got tanked 4-1 on Sunday evening by Colombus Crew but any hangover caused by
the heavy defeat was quickly Alka-Seltzer'ed the following day as the newly-crowned MLS champions
were presented with their title by President Barack Obama at the White House no less.
Every year the Rapids (and most teams) play a game or two where the videotape should be burned, the
game forgotten, and the team moved on. Last night was one of those games. So we're moving on to the
big event of the week, the Colorado's visit to the White House. The Rapids started the day getting
their championship rings:

Then it was off to the White House!

That's when MLS and the MLS Cup take center stage at the White House, where U.S. president
Barack Obama will honor the reigning champion Colorado Rapids less than 24 hours after the team
plays a Sunday night match in Columbus.
I don't tend to do a lot of name dropping or anything like that related to my day job but I will
today because it will help explain the lateness of this post. One of my clients was invited to
demonstrate something we did for them at a Cyber Security event hosted by the White House (yes,
THAT White House).
