The UT men (5-0-1) came out on top in their Sunshine State Conference debut over Barry University (3-3-1) on Saturday in front of a crowd of 451. The 2-1 result preserved an unbeaten record for the Spartans.

UT found its scoring touch in the final minutes of Friday afternoon's match to keep its 100% record. The NSCAA number one ranked Spartans (4-0-0) opened the scoring in the ninth minute when Lister Warren scored his third goal in two games off a Dan Ingvarsson free kick.

The Lions followed up their 7-0 thrashing of Clearwater Christian on Thursday night, St Leo recorded a 3-0 shutout against North Georgia on Saturday evening. The match was played at St Leo in front of a crowd of 341 on a hot night.
