The voice of D.C. United on television, Dave Johnson, mentioned on his Facebook page that he was hospitalized for dehydration while hiking on vacation in California.

It was not immediately known if Johnson, a Comcast SportsNet Washington personality who also does occasional appearances as sports anchor on the NBC affiliate in Washington (as well as handling play by play for the Washington Wizards) would be able to return in time for D.
