Philadelphia Union defensive midfielder Warren Creavalle has been named to Guyana's 55 man provisional roster for the Third Round of the Caribbean Football Union Men's Cup Championship. Guyana is expected to face Andre Blake and Jamaicaon October 8 in Guyana and Suriname on October 11 in Suriname, although the Guyana Football Federation is searching for a venue to host the match "due to the unavailability of the Guyana National Stadium on the date of the match.
