I'm writing this post in order to bring some hope to you men (mostly), whose partners for life
give them a hard time over their fascination with the beautiful game. I'll start at the end:
In May 2009, a business trip "forced" me to go to Barcelona. The trip happened to coincide with
a home match against Villareal, and I hoped that the game would be the championship game.
The Beauty: When it comes to pure beauty, Yesica may be a WAG with no rival.
The 23 year old Argentine model has appeared in every major fashion magazine in the world,
including a coveted stint as a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition model. She was also one of the
first teen models to appear scantily clad in Abercrombie & Fitch ads, so you can probably blame
your daughter's eating disorder on Yesica.
Captain Cesc Fabregas turns in a match winning performance- four assists and a goal, as Arsenal
beat Blackburn Rovers 6-2 at home. Video highlights from the game. Final score:- Arsenal 6-2

After the first full month of La Liga football the Yank is a mediocre 19-12 with his weekly
picks. Thanks to Real Madrid and Barcelona I am over the .500 percent curve, but unfortunately
Barca does not play this weekend and Real Madrid has the toughest match of the week against
Sevilla. So in other words the picks just got a lot harder.
Another week of Spain's Primera Division is in the books and many of the strongest clubs
continued their relentless speedy rabbit pace towards the top of the league table and many
mediocre clubs continued their tortoise pace falling towards the bottom of the league table. So
without further adieu lets find out the winner and losers from last weekend.
Hotter than Enrique Igelsias, It's Spanish football...
The big two just keep on winning as Villereal, Atletico Madrid and Valencia all drop points. Too
early to tell but the traditional two Spanish-horse race is taking shape.
Deportivo La Coruna 1 0 Villarreal Zaragoza 3 0 Getafe C.
Some major upsets in Italy and England had the potential to shake up the Top 10 this week. Did
they? A little. Take a look: 1. Real Madrid Last ranking: 1 Record (wins-losses-ties, in all competition; two-leg match-ups count as one): 6-0-0 Results of note: None yet. Commentary/recent results: Real beat both opponents last week, Villareal and Tenerife, without
giving up a goal. Click to continue reading...
With Barcelona's convincing wins against Racing and Malaga added to Real Madrid getting two
quick and easy wins against Villareal and Tenerife the two undefeated teams left in the Premiere
Division have finally gotten away from a crowded pack.
The separation came easier when Bilbao dropped two straight games (against Sevilla and
Tenerife.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaká have been able to prove their
worth for Real Madrid after playing against Villareal in the Spanish
League, September 23, 2009. The game ended 2-0 with the only two goals being put in by Ronaldo
and Kaká.
The $233 million salary between the two of them might be worth it after all.
A good start to the season for Spanish giants, a 15 minute game in J-League, and more trouble
for under-fire Argentinian manager, Maradona it seems diamonds aren't forever. Also, potential
financial problems at Queens Park Rangers, and allegations of players being racially abused all get
a look in on this week's The Good, the Bad and the Ugly Vocabulary support can be found
for the words in bold at the foot of the post.
(video gol 0-2.

There were a full slate of Spanish Primera Division (La Liga) matches in the midweek with the
marquee one being Villareal v Real Madrid. Both teams finished near the top of the table last
season and this season doesn't appear to be any different. However, Real Madrid has added several
superstars and is aiming to knock off defending La Liga champions FC Barcelona.

Ok, there are some serious good news - not like all the news till now was bad. But this one sounds
so good - Milito is back in training. There is no date set for his return but still it is good to
hear that we may be able to count on his service maybe in the latter part of the season. And that
is a very good news to the build up of the Racing clash. Click to continue reading...
It was a very busy week in topflight soccer, with Top 25 clubs playing twice, oftentimes against
each other. Remarkably, there were no major upsets to report, leaving the top 10 very much
unchanged. The second tier, however, was all shook up. Let's get to it: 1. Real Madrid Last ranking: 1 Record (wins-losses-ties, in all competition; two-leg match-ups count as one): 4-0-0 Results of note: None yet. Click to continue reading...
Barcelona has been as good as expected so far this season cruising to two easy wins to start off
their 2009 campaign. Athletico Madrid, a club that is usually a top five finisher, has started
off the year on a sour note with a 3-0 season debut loss to Malaga and a draw last week at home
against Racing Santander.
The UEFA Europa League began its group stage on Thursday, September 17, 2009 with a full set of
matches. Many of favorites are still alive including defending champions Shakhtar Donetsk. Almost
all of the Premier League, Bundesliga, Serie A, La Liga, and Ligue 1 clubs are still alive in the
group stage.
