Brittany BockOur Game Magazine took the time to interview L.A. Vikings President and head coach
Robert Kleinberger. This winter the team has incorporated a heavily Women's Professional
Soccer-based roster to face the U.S., Canadian and Mexican national teams.
Former Eclipse Select Soccer Club players Brittany Bock (Western New York Flash) and Jen Buczkowski
(WPS free agent, played for Philadelphia Independence in 2010 and 2011) are on the squad.
The District tournament will be held at Kickapoo High School, with a pair of play-in games on

Mallory Koula (Kimberly) set an NCAA record Saturday. And once that was done, she added a
Lawrence program record to her resume, too.
The senior forward scored three consecutive goals in just 42 seconds – the fastest by an
individual in NCAA history at any level in men's or women's play – as the Vikings cruised past
visiting Beloit College 6-1 in a Midwest Conference match.

Yesterday we posted a poll to determine what you think the best candidate destination would be for
Major League Soccer's 20th team. The overwhelming winner was Minnesota, and although an e-mail
and Twitter campaign may have significantly contributed to the success of the Twin City area, there
are definite upsides to moving MLS up North.
Fantasy football owners who have Adrian Peterson on their fantasy team should be excited. The
usually quiet superstar running back says he wants the football in his hands more often. And anyone
who has watched the Vikings play so far this season, including their own head coach Leslie Frazier,
agrees with him.
An own goal scored when Sara Egbom's shot deflected off of an opposing defender with 1:44
remaining in regulation lifted No. 7 Fort Lewis (2-0-0 overall) to a 2-1 win over Augustana (S.D.)
(0-2-0).
"I was hoping we would have a tough game on this trip," said fifth-year FLC head coach Damian
Clarke, whose team beat St.
"Although talks this week about a roof for the proposed stadium moved from retractable to fixed to
reduce the cost, the Vikings would prefer a moving roof because [owner Zigi] Wilf wants to get a
Major League Soccer franchise. None of the 18 MLS teams plays in a fixed-roof stadium."

A trio of Ozark Conference squads are playing in Class 3 Sectional matches today. The winners of
their respective games will advance to play each other in the Quarterfinal game this Saturday.
Camdenton travels to Columbia while Glendale will host Parkview.
We'll know three of the four Sectional teams vying for a single spot in the State Final 4 by the
end of the evening. The fourth slot will be determined tomorrow when Glendale and Nixa play. Note
that there may be a time change on that game to try and avoid weather issues.

Howard of the Rolla Bulldogs goes for his 600th career win tonight as the squad heads NE to visit
the Union Wildcats, a Class 2 program. The next opportunity would come Tuesday in the District
playoff game against Waynesville.
Emma Chilton, Parkview Vikings (2014)
The Parkview Vikings, moved this year from District 11 to District 12, have received the top seed
in the upcoming District playoffs. The host this year are the Central Bulldogs again, on the
artificial surface at Harrison Stadium.

be watching for the result from Jefferson City between Helias and Rolla. Rolla is seeded #2 in
District 10 behind Camdenton who beat Helias 3-1 yesterday. The Willard vs Neosho game is a
District 12 match up, the only District we are waiting to hear from regarding seeding.

The Fair Grove Eagles have made the decision to add Soccer to the High School beginning this Fall.
The school, which held tryouts last week to confirm interest, will begin with a JV squad only in
