Luca Vialli has hit out at the selfish culture of players these days. I just wondered what you guys
all think of what he has said?.
"It's not simply a case of managing players as they used to be any more, because
players now are like small companies. You have to deal with their agents and it's become extremely
tough being a manager these days.
It is well known history to Baggio fans that he started playing with Vicenza then moved to
Fiorentina where he was very talented. Then, he became the most expensive player in the world in
1990 when Juventus bought him. However, there is a certain week, where it might be his best week at
his young age, that week declared him as the next big thing for Italy.
One of our first football manager games had Gianluca Vialli on the cover, and

italiano?
A newbie to dexy's ranks, I thought I'd come in with a bang – well sort of. This season's been
one of the strangest in recent memory. Gone are the stoic battles between two or maybe three
formidable outfits – we now have about 6 teams in the top rung of our league, all of which could
realistically challenge for top spot ove the next decade.
Gianluca Vialli has tipped Chelsea to reach the Champions League final this season. He said:
"Chelsea are out of the championship race, I think, so they will be able to focus on
the Champions League. They have got a great side with great players, experienced players.
They are very hungry to win the Champions League because they have been so close for so many
years.
Italy's elite clubs are struggling in the Champions League and have struggled since 2000 despite
two trophies won by Milan and one by Inter in the last decade.
Italian clubs were the dominant force in the 1990s with Milan and Juventus winning the Champions
League with Juve reached three consecutive finals.
