As you probably know, in recent years, Arsenal has dramatically strengthened its ties to the
United States. Arsenal hired Ivan Gazidis, who was born in South Africa, grew up in England, but

With Liverpool's well documented financial woes causing major problems, has every avenue of revenue
generation been explored and implemented by the club? David Clarke doesn't think so.
It could just be my age, but I know that throughout my time as a football fan, I have always
dreamed of playing for Liverpool and pulling on one of the club's prestigious shirts, like the
number ‘7', ‘9' or'10'.

[Photo: Hull City]Very gracious, properly excited new Tiger Jozy Altidore gave me a moment of his
time not long ago, and the local daily has video from the unveiling.And...Just so it doesn't get

early.Despite some reports that the Tigers would break their club record to sign him on a transfer,
Altidore is joining the Prem battlers on a one-season loan.

It came as little surprise to see Steve Bruce dip his hand into the Americas early as he begins

last season's Premier League.

Monday's presentation of Cristiano Ronaldo to a packed Santiago Bernabeu was always going to be a
hard act to follow, so pity Karim Benzema who had to follow that circus in the same week.
According to Marca, with the stadium three-quarters empty, just under 20,000 came to the Santiago
Bernabeu for the unveiling of Benzema, who hasn't really captured the imagination of Madrid's
public like Ronaldo has.

The presentation of Cristiano Ronaldo at the Bernabeu on Monday was, of course, completely
ridiculous and over the top. We all know that. But what if it continued?

124′ Cristiano stares at himself on the big screen for a good 15 minutes, smirking and using
every ounce of his limited will power to refrain from pleasuring himself.

Ronaldo gets his grief. Maybe rightfully so considering his flopping, tanning and Paris
Hilton-included social life.
