Fresh off a transfer from the struggling Bolton Wanderers, defender Gary Cahill is reportedly
already unhappy at Stamford Bridge. Cahill found himself on the bench for Chelsea's recent match
against Swansea City, as he was hoping to fill in for the injured John Terry.
Goal.com is reporting that an inside source close to the Chelsea training camp noted
that Cahill looked as if "his head has gone," but noted that Cahill has not filed any official
complaint with manager Andre Villas-Boas.
The English FA have been forced to strip John Terry of the England captaincy after outcry over his
racism case being put back till after this Summer's Euro 2012 Finals in Poland and Ukraine with
many looking for the Chelsea defender to be stripped of even an

The 14th European Championship for teams sanctioned by the UEFA is scheduled to be played
between 8th June and 1st July 2012 in Poland and Ukraine.
Spain are the current holders of the cup they defeated Germany in the final in Austria /
Switzerland version of the tournament in 2008.
With the increased globalization of the game, major tournaments are heading to new lands. Austria
and Switzerland hosted Euro 2008, with next year's event heading to Poland and Ukraine. Last year
South Africa staged the World Cup with Russia and Qatar on the horizon. While I'm all for spreading
the game around the globe (aside for whatever shadiness helped Qatar land the 2022 World Cup), this
trend presents a flaw with regards to tournament seeding.

Why England face some tricky games in Euro 2012 but I'm backing them to
qualify
After another draw that was like watching paint dry, England came out last of all but,
thankfully, avoided the traditional Group of Death. On paper, Fabio Capello must be happy with the
opposition, but we said the same in South Africa for the World Cup last year.
I can explain. This morning, I went to the official UEFA website to look at their stream for the
draw, but my desire to view this tasteful spectacle was dashed against the flying rocks from James
Cameron's political science fiction blockbuster Avatar (That was an enjoyable figure of speech,
regardless of relevance.
The 2012 EURO's are slowly approaching, and just yesterday the groups for the initial stages of the
tournament were drawn. Below are the resulting groups of the draw:
Group APoland, Greece, Russia, Czech Republic
Group BNetherlands, Denmark, Germany, Portugal
Group CSpain, Italy, Republic of Ireland, Croatia
Group DUkraine, Sweden, France, England
As for just about every international tournament, a group of death naturally formed.

The draw for Euro 2012 has been made and the fixture list has also been drawn out marking England's
plot to the final in Kiev come 1, July. Interestingly enough, should Fabio Capello's men emerge
from Group D unscathed, they will face-off against what is likely to be Spain or Italy in the
quarter-finals.
