Kudos to Nick Dasovic,Canada's head coach. He took an undermanned squad to the point of qualifying
for the Olympics. When i watched last nights game i wondered how it happened.I watched last nights
game frustrated by how far Canada must still go before it can really compete with the US and
Mexico. The US-23 squad was a full professional side that were never put in real danger by a hybrid
professional and college side of Canada.

Today Canada must win if it intends to qualify for the Beijing Olympics. To do so it must beat its
cousin to the south. The Concacaf cousin who always sits at the big table at thanksgiving. The cousin
who has qualified for every World Cup since 1990.But today Canada who have not qualified for a
World Cup since 1986 are asking the adults for a seat at this fine table.

Canada and US play tomorrow for an Olympic qualifying spot.Because Canada is so limited in real
world competitions like the World Cup i am desperate to see them get any experience possible. So i
hope we can put some lead in our attack and defense and beat the US.

everyone play the final game at the same time raises my ire and suspicions.

Tyler Rosenlund 17th minute goal. But like the Mexico game Canada could not solidify the back and
paid dearly for it.Canada now sit o-1-1.
On ten days preparation Canada have secured 1 point of a possible six.

father who apologizes to his party guests when his crazy and drunk uncle pays a visit, the uncle who
then asks the ugliest women in the room "had she ever called suicide prevention? and was she put on
hold?" Poor Moratti has to follow him around apologizing cleaning up after him.

I have been posting about the current affairs of the Canadian soccer association and it's inability
to fulfill its mandate as a soccer organization. Last night Canada's U23 team was tasked with
playing Mexico in order to become one of two teams to qualify from Concacaf to qualify for the 2008
Olympics in Beijing.
