Danny Shittu’s Uncertain Future

There are two conflicting reports which state Danny Shittu, Bolton's out of favour defender, is finally leaving The Reebok Stadium. The Lowestoft Journal links the Nigerian with Ipswich Town while Tribal Football echoes The Mirror's story that Sheffield United have landed Danny.

Although they beat Hungary, Portugal's current position outside the qualifying spots for the World Cup has Real Madrid president Florentino Perez breaking out in cold sweats and, if my imagine is accurate, wetting himself during important business meetings. From Tribal Football:

Another day in the transfer market, so it must be a new target for Arsenal. Today the Daily Mail has Arsenal preparing a bid (I love the thought of Wenger, Gazidis and Friar sitting over a PC and typing out a bid) for Fiorentina's Felipe Melo.
