as fairly important, which was Torino's Alessandro Rosina signing for Zenit St. Petersburg. Nobody
expected a player with Rosina's talent to stay in Serie B, but the move to Russia seemed a little
surprising, however it makes sense.

So the big transfer news in recent days is the deal between Inter and Barcelona to swap Zlatan
Ibrahimovic and Samuel Eto'o. The deal is expected to be finished by the end of the week, and after
a 4 hour meeting today it seems the stumbling block is the wage demands of Eto'o (wants 10 million
euro a season, Inter want to give him only 8.

As we get further into July and teams get further into pre-season training, we see more and more
transfers becoming official. The big clubs are pretty much at a stand still, but the smaller clubs
are working out deals to improve on last season's finish and maybe turn a few heads next
season.

We are now at the third volume of Transfer Tuesdays, and now we dig further into the transfer
market. Most teams have started training again, and the new season is quickly taking shape. Now
with all teams in pre-season training the sporting directors are moving frantically to make deals
so that new signings can start pre-season training with the team.
