Newcastle United manager Chris Hughton thinks we should be scoring more goals in our home games.
Having not lost at home, perhaps Hughton thinks it's time to entertain a little more. He said: "I
don't think that it is necessarily the case that someone is due a beating, but we know that we can
play better in [.

Did you ever do that thing where you meet a girl (or guy, if you're one of my female or

for whatever reason, you decide not to make your move? And then, a couple months or years later,
you meet a guy who either is dating her or dated her for a while?

Arsenal are keeping tabs on VfL Wolfsburg midfielder Zvjezdan Misimovic, according to
reports.
The 27-year-old has made 45 league appearances for the Bundesliga side since arriving from
Nuremburg last summer, and was influential in the club's title triumph last season.

Chris Hughton doesn't rule out bringing Sol Campbell to Newcastle United. I think Hughton is

of his transfer targets but then on the 3rd November I had to write an article saying he wasn't
after Hughton said: "There is no [.

Afternoon all,
the findings of the last 24 hours have shown that A) Bordeaux president Jean-Louis Triaud is an
idiot. B) Bordeaux president Jean-Louis Triaud is stupid, and C) Bordeaux president Jean-Louis
Triaud needs to be put to sleep like a rabid dog.
He has accused the boss of distracting Marouane Chamakh and making his interest in him public
before talking to Triaud:
"What I do not like in the behavior of Arsene Wenger, who is doing this again today, is that
at the beginning, he declared his interest in Chamakh, a long time before calling me, then he ended
up doing so.

There have been several reports recently that Alisher Usmanov will announce any day now that he
has acquired Lady Nina Bracewell-Smith's 15.6% share in Arsenal. This will take Usmanov's holding
to over 40%, resulting in him being obliged to make a formal offer for the club.
The Board, namely Peter Hill-Wood will make statements to the effect that the club is not for
sale, despite the fact the Hill-Wood sold his shares in Arsenal many years ago to David Dein!

It seems like this is all coming out of nowhere. Any fan of the game knows that the "tapping-up"
allegations have always been prominent but rarely has it been so harshly punished. From United's
perspective, they were accused of tapping up Dimitar Berbatov and Wayne Rooney in the recent past
and accused Real Madrid of tapping-up Ronaldo(the accusing needed not be done, Ronaldo was caught
on camera).

As Rafael Benitez flounders in a mire of his own making, it's easy to picture a happier scene being
played out not a million miles away from Anfield.

the television at home or enjoys a leisurely round of golf.

Yesterday I watched the match between Crystal Palace and Man City on Sky Sports 1 and throughout

target 4 more than Man City.
But one player caught my attention through the match and this was Palace's Victor Moses.

#4: Manchester City
With huge offensive additions including Carlos Tevez, Roque Santa Cruz, Robinho, and Emmanuel
Adebayor, Man City stacked their deck this season full of talented offensive players. Perhaps
even more importantly they blocked rival clubs from courting the stars, so next year many Premier
League clubs will have to face their former players or desired transfer targets.

The Spanish side hope an offer of £28 million, with a further £1 million dependent on the
player's success at the Bernabeu, will be enough to put an end to the Spanish international's
long-running transfer saga.
Florentino Perez, the Madrid president, is thought to have sanctioned the deal after coming under
pressure from Manuel Pellegrini, the club's manager, and technical director Jorge Valdano to sign a
player identified in June as one of the Spanish club's chief transfer targets.

Well arsenal fans, it seems viera is a strong possibility for arsene wenger. It is not often
wenger actually comments on transfer targets but this is what happened today-
Arsene Wenger has refused to rule out a move for former Arsenal midfielder Patrick Vieira.

particularly since the departures of Kolo Toure and Emmanuel Adebayor to Manchester City.

Is this the new Man United away jersey for the 2009-2010 season? It sure looks like it.
The leaked picture features a gray shirt with a blue V (or chevron, as the Brits like to say).
Designed and manufactured by Nike, it features a similar design to Man United's new home kit.
The shirt colours are definitely a diversion from what United has done in the past, but if the
colours represented in the picture above are true, I wonder what the Red Devils will think about
wearing the sky blue colour of their cross-town brethren?

Well the transfer window is finally open, no doubt the media will treat us to even more rumours
which have no basis in reality. But with Rafa now having more control over transfers, hopefully we
won't have to wait too long to see who the real transfer targets are.
There's been quite a few departures from LFC already (Hyypia, Pennant, Hobbs, Anderson, Leto), with
more to follow (possibly Dossena, Arbeloa, and Babel).

We've all discussed our transfer targets ad nauseam this summer with the names Villa and Silva
coming up on an almost daily basis. So far we've managed to get Glen Johnson signed, sealed, and
delivered -- but that's been the extent of our summer transfers so far.
Whilst we're still going into the month of July, there seem to be some big question marks
regarding Rafa's next transfer move.

I've heard some sick jokes in my time where Tottenham's transfer targets are concerned but
Damien Duff would certainly make the top ten. I'm sure this must be some kind of wind up, I'd
rather pull Andy Sinton back out of retirement than sign this leprechaun.
Go back four years or so and yes, I would have been very happy to see him in a Spurs shirt but
at 30 years of age with his injury record and lack of decent form for as long as I can remember, no
thank you very much.

With reports claiming Benzema could be sold to a rival and a lack of obvious transfer targets and
fierce competition for signatures, Ferguson's list of potential summer signings could well be
