Last January Liverpool paid 35 million pounds to Newcastle for striker Andy Carroll and 13 starts
later that its not looking like the greatest purchase ever. Despite his struggles Carroll is set
pocket £150k bonus from Liverpool, according to the Daily Mail. Not bad for a guy who has only
scored four times for the reds.
You know you have been a club a long time when you can make a starting 11 with players that weren't

It looks like its going to be a summer of rebuilding for Manchester United, but it appears they may
have already addressed a huge issue, a holding midfielder. With Owen Hargreaves injury issues over
the last couple of years, United has been lacking at this spot. But their first singing on the
season may have addressed.

Position: Winger/Striker Club: [.
After CR7 left Manchester United for Real Madrid two years ago, United brought in a promising
french winger named Gabriel Obertan to help fill that void. After a year and a half, I'm really
starting to question if Obertan is going to make the grade.
During the season Obertan has had his detractors for his performances, I was not one of them.
