U-20 World Cup: USA 4 - Cameroon 1

So much for that result against Germany. The United States turned on the offense in their second Group C game, beating Cameroon 4-1. Bryan Arguez opened th scoring for the US in first-half stoppage time. Tony Taylor made it 2-0 two minutes in the second-half, and Dilly Duka had the US up three in the 67th minute. U-20 MNT Draws With Egypt

The U-20 MNT rounded out its foreign training camp with a 1-1 draw against Egypt. Tony Taylor, who assisted Mikkel Diskerud's game-winning goal in Saturday's 1-0 win, notched the equalizer on Monday when he converted a 52nd minute penalty kick.
