The Philadelphia Union announced on Friday that they have secured the rights to Colombian
centerback Carlos Valdes.
Valdes had joined the Union on loan from Independiente Santa Fe of the Colombian First Division
in January.
The Union also announced that the Carlos Ruiz move to second division Mexican side Tiburones
Rojos de Veracruz was now official.

The 31-year-old Guatemalan is reportedly on Tiburones Rojos de Veracruz's short list, as the
