As revealed by skysports.com earlier this month, Liverpool has won the race for the 16-year-old, fending off interest from a number of their Premier League rivals.
Ibe became Wycombe's youngest-ever goalscorer when he netted against Sheffield Wednesday in October aged 15 years and 325 days on his first start for the club.

This isn't the big name signing that Seattle Sounders fans have been hoping for, but it sure looks like they are close to signing Trinidad & Tobago teenager Cordell Cato, a forward/midfielder who has played for his country's U-20 team.
