I meant to get this up last night, but had some technical difficulties with Blogger. A day later, there's still a lot swirling around in my head after hearing the news that Harry Keough had passed away. Many of those swirling things are memories, which is funny because for a long time I didn't actually realize who he was.

Excuse the extended absence, but my internet service conveniently decided to start having some technical difficulties on Saturday morning.

Alas, that proved to be the start of what was a forgettable day, to say the least.

I wish it wasn't so, and it's not exactly easy to think about or write about, but sometimes you just have to see things for what they are.

Still having technical difficulties that make it difficult to post. So, here is a quick update on SKC.

SKC lost to Seattle by giving up another injury time goal.

And SKC qualified for the US Open Cup by destroying the Revolution's mostly reserve team 5-1.

Finally, the long rumored friendly was confirmed today by officials within the U.S. Soccer organization. The Argentina match on March 26th will be the first of a pair of friendlies that the U.S. team will host, with the second being USA v Paraguay which will be played on the 29th in Nashville, TN.
