Thanks to White Noise and Simon Peach on Twitter.

Interesting viewing. Talks about how the grass is always greener, which is undoubtedly true. Jol does look a bit defensive here (as is natural I suppose) but is a fairly eloquent speaker and gives decent answers to the questions put to him.

Two weeks ago United took on Crewe and got themselves back to winning ways (4-1) before they travelled off on their annual team building and strength-testing trip to Slovakia. Goals from Januzaj, Barmby, van Velzen and Rudge were enough to cement what was a much improved performance by the Academy and also gave us a chance [.

When Harry said he was going to play the kids, I didn't think he meant kids. Chelsea's 'bringing things to work for show n'tell' scheme was put on hold some months ago after someone got shot. It was a shame, but as we at Kickette know, these things happen.

On their recent tour of Asia though, the boys in blue revealed that this event had been nothing more than a hiccup in their team building regime.

The perception of Manchester City by rival fans has transformed just as much as their playing squad in recent years.
Their rich owner's rather crude approach to team building has irked many supporters, though jealously certainly comes into it as well as perhaps the British way of being ruffled and offended by brash displays of wealth.
