Luis Suarez and Patrice Evra will face each other on the field for the first time since the
controversial racism charges against Suarez when Manchester United and Liverpool renew their
rivalry in today's marquee match-up.
Suarez will be key to the Reds chances of knocking off Manchester United in a vital match-up for
both teams.

Liverpool must be getting tired of Manchester.
Kenny Dalglish and Co. face off against a Manchester side for the seventh time this season when
United and Liverpool clash in a match full of significance. Manchester United are trying to survive
a brutal run of fixtures and keep pace with their cross-town rivals.
There are a lot of reasons to love Swansea City. Even if I hadn't been supporting them for 32
years, I still think I probably would be writing this article. During the past 10 days, Swansea
picked up three points ...

West Bromwich Albion 1-2 Swansea City Premier League 4th February 2012
Swansea registered only their second away league win of the season at the Hawthorns on Saturday,
after a hard fought victory against West Brom.
Yesterday Football is Fixed were able to prevent a fixed match in the Premier League between West
Bromwich Albion and Swansea City by exposing the criminality earlier this week

There were simply too many prying eyes on the fiddle.

A substantial portion of America will be treated to an extra helping of soccer on the biggest
sporting day of the year as Manchester United takes on Chelsea live on Fox on Super Bowl
Sunday.
This is the second time in less than a month a Premier League game will be seen on network
television.
Today sees the next round of the FA Youth Cup take place between Swansea City and Manchester United
at the Liberty Stadium in Swansea. Both teams have looked impressive during their respective cup
runs so far this season with United beating Torquay United easily then producing a much tougher,
ultimately more satisfactory performance and victory [.
Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech is extremely impressed with Swansea City's home record and suggests
that the toughness of the Welsh outfit at Liberty Stadium should ensure survival in the Barclays
Premier League.
Following last night's 1-1 draw with the Blues, the Swans are now nine points clear of the
relegation zone with a little over a third of the season left to go.

Transfer madness takes a back seat to mid-week matches, as a number of top teams in Europe take
to the field on Tuesday.
The top four teams in England are all in action, with Landon Donovan, Tim Howard and Everton
facing league-leading Manchester City. Manchester United, Tottenham and Chelsea will all be looking
to secure their own results while hoping the American pair can conjure an upset to shorten the gap
at the top of the table.
JOSH. Fortunately, he won't be playing against us. Nevertheless, this is going to be hella
difficult.

Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas has urged the Stamford Bridge crowd to seek inspiration from
the club's traveling support at Loftus Road on Saturday to change the anxious vibe at the Blues'
home ground.
The West Londoners were nearly unbeatable at home not too long ago but have appeared extremely
vulnerable under Villas-Boas, who is hoping that the recent return to form improves the atmosphere
at the Bridge.
No one can doubt that Swansea have attacked the Premier League with a refreshing desire to play
'proper' football, but despite impressing opposition fans with their measured approach and crisp
passing, they are certainly learning exactly what the Premier League is about making money. Just
two days after their defeat to Sunderland at the [.
In this day and age it is somewhat accepted that the "big clubs" will dominate all across the board
in English football. Somewhat stale air breathes on football as the stranglehold of money dictates
all. Is it possible a manager ...

Sunderland 2-0 Swansea City Premier League 21 January 2012
Despite dominating for large periods of the game, Swansea's lack of a cutting edge would cost
them dear against a Sunderland side who to continue to flourish under Martin O'Neill.

For the U.S. men's and women's national teams, it's a big weekend.
The women kick off their qualifying campaign for the 2012 Olympics Friday night in Canada, going
up against the Dominican Republic. Just a couple of days later, Pia Sundhage's charges are at it
again, facing Guatemala and hoping to secure maximum points before a final group showdown with
Mexico.

The last time Arsenal and Manchester United faced each other, the end result looked less like an
outcome between two of England's heavyweights and more of one between a Premier League side and a
League Two outfit.
The Red Devils ran rampant at Old Trafford back on Aug.
A bit too melodramatic? No, this is Arsenal!
Can we get back in the game?
Everyone loves a good comeback story. Americans, in particular, are completely fixated upon this
trope. Rocky Balboa, the Major League series (back when Charlie Sheen was a serious actor.
WINNING!), among many others played this story to its full effect, culminating in the 1993
mega-hit, The Sandlot, where puny little white kids (and one tall, dark, handsome
pseudo-Hispanic) showed that yeah, they could play baseball too!
The time has finally come to play out the reverse fixture of the 8-2 defeat that Arsenal
suffered at the hands of Manchester United on that horrific August evening at Old Trafford. The
memories of that mauling are fresh on the minds of not only the Gunners fans but also European
bookies like Champions League betting, which is why Arsenal have been priced as the underdogs
even though this Sunday's match is taking place in the North Londoners' own backyard.
Thierry Henry has been able to provide a spark for Arsenal in his brief time on loan with the
club, but the Gunners may have to look elsewhere for inspiration during their crucial match this
weekend.
Henry picked up a calf strain in training, and his status is uncertain for Arsenal's match
against Manchester United.
Suffering from two straight premier league defeats, Arsenal are eying to stop that negative
trend when they're facing Manchester United this weekend as picking up another defeat would be bad
for their morale.
This target is being set up by the Gunners' coach, Arsene Wenger, who insisted that his players
must give their best this weekend and grab all three points against the Red Devils especially after
the disappointment in their previous meeting this season.
Josh McEachran talks to Chelsea TV prior to leaving for Wales. I think he's going to have a
difficult time breaking into the side up there, but I have no doubt he can, and will, do the
business.
Good luck, son.
All because Liverpool hasn't made a move yet in the transfer market doesn't mean that people
aren't saying they're about to. So join us for the latest fun-like substance as we run down the
latest collection of names being linked into—and out of—the club as the end of the January
window edges into sight.
News today that Newcastle United are interested in Swansea City's Dutch International goalkeeper
Michel Vorm. Michel Vorm - Swansea's excellent Dutch goalkeeper But Newcastle already have a top

... and I missed the Knicks game, too. Oh Arsene, my Aresene. God bless you. After a thoroughly
forgettable weekend in the Premier League, you gave us the gift that keeps on the giving -- the
ArseneFAIL -- losing 3-2 at Swansea City Sunday. Problem is, this one is hard to laugh about. There
are no referees to yell at or cynical tactics by the opposition to blame.

Congratulations Sir. You've just successfully broadcast your hairy crevice to an audience of
millions. Good job...
Oh to be a Liberty Stadium steward.

Arsene Wenger was left blaming the referee, Nathan Dyer's sapling legs, his own porous defence,
his own wayward attack and the poor bloke that ladles out the Bovril at the Liberty Stadium after
watching his Arsenal side have their top-four aspirations kicked squarely in the nads in South
Wales yesterday evening.
By Chris Wright
He may well have dived like...well, like a swan to procure the penalty that led to Scott
Sinclair cancelling out Robin van Persie's opener from the spot, but Nathan Dyer's third goal in as
many games went part-way toward Swansea 'beating Arsenal at their own game' (© every single
national newspaper) at the Liberty yesterday and it appears that the tiny 6-stone halfling wasn't
shy in rubbing it in.
Arsenal were dealt yet another blow in their bid for a top four finish as a dismal 3-2 defeat
away to Swansea City leaves Arsene Wenger's men with a lot of work ahead of them.
Goals from Scott Sinclair (penalty), Nathan Dyer, and Danny Graham ensured that the Swans
overcome impressive goals from Robin van Persie and Theo Walcott either side of the interval.

No better source than the kid's own mouth.
Glad to see that the club has finally wrapped this deal up. It's been a highly disappointing
season for McEachran thus far, with the player finding it damn near impossible to break into the
first team at Chelsea under Andre Villas-Boas.
Will Thierry Henry start up front with RVP at Swansea on Sunday? Probably not I reckon, AW has
stayed coy over his plans but if he didn't start him in the 1-0 win over Leeds in the FA Cup then
he's hardly likely to in a Premier League game with three vital points at stake is he? But Henry
did make a dramatic goal-scoring cameo in that game.
