FIFA conducted the World Cup qualification draw in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday.
Under the CONCACAF Qualifying system, there will now be a 2nd Round group stage that the United
States will not be involved in. The USA enters in Round 3, where they will face fellow seeded team
Jamaica along with the winners of Round 2's Groups E and F.
