Capello should tap this man for ideas
Capello on how other sports can influence football and how he is going to use them to prepare
the England team for the World Cup.
"It's important to understand the psychology of all these sports and they've helped me to
improve my own style," said Capello.

We all know NBA star Steve Nash has some footballing skills, but in this video shot by Phoenix
Suns teammate Jared Dudley, we see he also has the ability to meld his talents in the two sports
into one trick shot reminiscent of the one Davey Becks made in that Adidas video (though he did it
with a football).

This summer I had the chance to interview two players, Claudio Reyna and Salomon Kalou, after Steve
Nash's second annual celebrity soccer match. Proceeds from the event went towards the Steve Nash
Foundation and the Claudio Reyna Foundation. The set-up is a free, 8-a-side match featuring NBA
players and professional soccer players.

A Russian oligarch who's even richer than Roman Abramovich has signed a letter of
intent to buy the New Jersey Nets. At the same time, academics are concocting plans to introduce
promotion and relegation to American sports. I'm not saying this is a thing, but given Kobe's love
of Barcelona and David Beckham's unclassifiable homosocial bond with Kevin Garnett, I don't think
anyone will be too shocked if Steve Nash scores a free throw with his head next season.

Steve Nash's Showdown in Chinatown took place yesterday and it looks like it was another success
the scruffy little Canadian and his Football for Good charity. Not so much for Chris Bosh, but I
guess expecting him to be the next Peter Crouch his first time on the pitch would be a bit much to
ask.

simply for the escape from Giant's Stadium for NY/NJ's beleaguered MLS club. TH14 seems pretty
certain that he will be running down the pitch at the newly opened Red Bull Arena. Henry talked a
