Or, what if Tim Tebow was a Buddhist or Jew? Would he be getting the support and love he is receiving now from the sports world?
As a devout Christian, Tebow has raised many eyebrows inside and outside the sports world.
People are rooting for him because they like his style of play and because he stands for Conservative principles.

The big news today out of Denver is that Brady Quinn took half the snaps with the first team during practice. If the purpose of these snaps were to keep Quinn sharp in case of an injury to Tebow, than having him take snaps is understandable.

To coin a well-known footballing phrase, it's squeaky bum time in two of Asia's biggest leagues.

In Japan the title will go down to a last day showdown with any one from Kashiwa Reysol, Nagoya Grampus Eight and Gamba Osaka all capable of winning the championship. Kashiwa currently hold the advantage of topping the table with 69 points from 33 games whilst Nagoya and Osaka trail the leaders by just one and two points respectively with one round of matches to be played next weekend.

This is a metaphor for the Super Bowl. Steelers get eye-poked. Packers win!You may or may not have known this, but USMNT and recently returned to Major League Soccer (for the Vancouver Whitecaps) defender Jay DeMerit is one of the coolest people on the Twitter-box.

She's straight out of Gibsonia, Pa., just 25 minutes from Pittsburg, so U.S. defender Meghan Klingenberg (above) bleeds yellow and black, as does U.S. defender Meghan Schnur, who hails from Butler, Pa. Seems the U.S. team is split pretty evenly between the Packers and Steelers, although with no one from Wisconsin on the roster for this camp, the Terrible Towels of the two Meghans just might carry the day.

Quite the shocker in Foxboro yesterday, eh?
