Weather for tomorrow's game looks beautiful.
In addition to the MLS match at 7:30 p.m. CT against Real Salt Lake, there are lots of other events
going on around tomorrow's game. Park Hill South and Vianney (St. Louis) will play one another at
3:30 p.m., with the Mayor's Night Kicks final between Barilleros and Real Del Oro taking place
after our match at 10:00 p.

Tomorrow's Jimmy Conrad Show will run from 7-7:30 p.m. CT due to an air-time conflict with the NBA
Playoffs. The show will be broadcast live from Fox and Hound in OP. The Jimmy Conrad Show and our
watch parties, both sponsored by Budweiser, will be on a monthly rotation around the city. The
entire schedule will be out shortly.

Looking back at some of our more recent posts it seems to be a little gloomy around here.
Hillsborough, fallen firefighters, the Dynamo's record... Let's try something a little more
uplifting. It's time for the next round of what will now be called The MLS Catfight Cup!
We have already seen your Houston Dynamo Girls thrash KC's Starting 11 Girls.

The Offside Dynamo page has been without a writer for some time now so I'm trying to regenerate
some interest during this "rebirthing" period. So what's the easiest way to do that? By posting a
pic of this firecracker, of course. She is Lauren, a lovely member of the Dynamo Girls. Now all I
need is a topic to go along with the picture.

div style="text-align: justify;"Lots of people are talking about the Wizards at the
moment. Check out some of the stories below and see the interview schedule after that. As expected,
we're getting a little less love this week with the team on the road. Look for this to pick up
again next week when we play at home.

So they really did meet this now-famous Blue Springs resident. Jenny didn't get the best shots (so
she said) of the group, but apparently the American Idol camera guy did. So maybe you'll be seeing
the girls on the show or the website? As Jenny said, our fingers are crossed. As it is, here is
what she got.

Jenny Matthews just gave a shout out to her Starting 11 Girls while talking on the air to David
Cook, who is still currently in studio. Don't forget to head out to Swope at 10:30 for an
intra-squad scrimmage on our bye week. Practices have been intense this week, and today's match
should be no different.

Now that the pics have entertained you for a while, here's a behind-the-scenes YouTube video. I
know we've had Starting 11 Girls like crazy lately, but I don't really think anyone is complaining
too much.
Make sure to watch NBC 41 tonight, as Davy and Jack were interviewed after winning a soccer tennis
tournament.

David Cook, as you may know, is from this area. David Cook, as you may know, is also pretty big on
that American Idol show or something. Well, he'll be in town tomorrow for "David Cook
Day" and is going to sing the National Anthem at the Royals game. That's all fine and dandy,
but the highlight of the day will certainly come tomorrow morning when he stops by over at Mix 93.

Starting 11 Girl Sarah K. has hooked us up with a great cause. Next Wednesday, May 14, head on over
to Lucky Strike Bowl in the Power and Light District. For just a $25 donation, you get free
bowling, shoe rental, Wizards prizes and more. All proceeds go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma
Society, so get over there, then visit The Jimmy Conrad Show right down the block at McFadden's.

Hey all, great to see some Wizards fans last night. To those of you who couldn't come, you missed
out. The event went off splendidly, and we selected a great group of classy young ladies to
represent the Wizards and the sport of soccer throughout the Kansas City area.
Some professional-quality photos will be posted at kcwizards.

Hey all, just a reminder to join us at McFadden's in the Power and Light District tonight for the
2008 Starting 11 Girls tryouts. We're all very excited about the event and eager to select this
year's hospitality girls/ladies/women. Just remember, it's 21 and over, so leave the kiddos (and
adolescents) at home.

Has it been a long week already? No? Good, because now the fun starts. Practice was indoors today
and will be again tomorrow at KC Sports Lodge. Today was an intense practice. The guys got after it
and each other in preparation for the season, and it was exciting to see the intensity with which
everyone played.

Greetings sports fans, hopefully you're enjoying your day in frigid KC or elsewhere. We have a busy
and exciting week ahead of us, so look forward to lots of great photos and tidbits from Hillcrest
Road. First of all, thanks to David Ficklin for the great post Saturday afternoon/evening regarding
