Chelsea 4 Wolves 0 - Essien and Kakuta shine for imperious blues

bridge views 22 November @ 09:35 AM EST

Yesterday's afternoon stroll saw Chelsea put four past a hapless Wolves, yet never get – or need to get - out of first gear. Essien was the driving force at the core of the Chelsea machine, but his fine showing was rivalled by the 30 minute outing for wonderkid Gael Kakuta.
The first five minutes of the ninety suggested we would witness a spirited performance from Wolves, and Mick McCarthy's men did carve out two or three reasonable chances.

Ahead Of Our Match Against Everton…

Republik Of Mancunia 21 November @ 09:07 AM EST

It feels like months since United's last outing. I'm not sure whether that's because of the boredom the International break breaks or the need we've felt to bury our last game to the back of our memories. Losing against your title rivals is always going to be painful but to lose how we did, at the hands of poor officiating, is even harder to take.

El gol de Terry and nothing else

Una imagen que dice todo y a la vez nada. THE hardest thing to do in testing times, when adversity and animosity is mounting in equal measure, is stick to your guns.

Arsenal – The People’s champions?

OK Football Finder 12 November @ 01:00 AM EST

It's a bit early to be making broad statements about the title challengers, but broad statements promote debate, and I'm all about the debating. This season will be a 2 horse race between Chelsea and Arsenal for the premier league.

Man Utd simply lack any flair what so ever, Liverpool sadly have blown it by not having enough players who can play football, and Manchester City don't seem to have the right manager just yet.

Patrice Evra failed to remember he's a great left-back against Chelsea and an angry Scotsmen made more comments about a referee.
