Springfield SC, U14 Champions at Fall Classic

Took in several High School girls matches late this afternoon. Wasn't it 70 degrees at this tournament last year? Regardless, the ladies came to play today as all three games were winning.

Sodium turned in a solid performance against an always tough ESUFC Arsenal this weekend.
Play was back-and-forth for most of the first half with both keepers coming up strong. Late in half Eli Beard drove the ball deep down the left side, ripped a beautiful cross to a flying Jadyn McMillan who finished the play into the back of the net! Click to continue reading...

Near the end of the first half on Tuesday night, the St Leo men broke their 226 minute goal drought when Leonardo Nogueira made his fifth assist of the season and Daniel Asher put the Lions up 1-0. The coaches' preseason poll for the Sunshine State Conference has been released and the St Leo Lions are the top pick. The Lions finished fourth last season in the regular season conference rankings, but went on to when the conference postseason tournament.
