Today, Sporting KC released information regarding the sell of single-game tickets. Starting next
week, the team will start selling single game tickets to the team's first 8 home games. Games
against New England, Dallas, LA, Real Salt Lake, Montreal, San Jose, Toronto and Chicago. Tickets
will begin to go on sale starting February 13th for season ticket holders.
Sporting Kansas City will again offer a series of youth soccer camps in 2012 for boys and girls
of all ages. Camps will be offered to the experienced player ready to take it to the next level as
well as the player who is newly developing their skills. Campers who attend sessions at our
training center in Swope Park will have the opportunity to observe the Pros at practice.

In what really should be a surprise to no one, Sporting Club have a bid in for LIVESTRONG Sporting
Park to host the 2013 College Cup. The bid is up against bids from Philadelphia (PPL Park), Cary,
NC (Wake-Med), Hoover, AL (Regions Park), Tulsa, OK, and Palm Beach, FL.
On Wednesday, Sporting KC's owners, Sporting Club will announce the creation of a new company,
Sporting Innovations. The creation of the company is designed to be a consulting company that will
use the experiences that the team has learned from the opening of LIVESTRONG Sporting Park.
Specifically it seems to be directed with regards to the set up of the stadium, the partnership
between KCK and Google along with the team's partnership with Cisco out at the stadium that has
helped have some very fast internet speeds inside LSP.
Liverpool's youngsters continue to carry the club's flag in Europe for the season, travelling to

opener. The young Reds started well but failed to get on the scoresheet after periods of sustained
pressure and chances created against Sporting Club, and the visitors converted two first-half
chances en route to an impressive 3-0 victory.

The announcement that was long rumored and long thought would happen has finally happened. Sporting
Club has joined in with an affiliation with KC Blues Rugby, making them the second sport to be
under the Sporting Club banner. The speculation on the Blues joining up with Sporting KC started
back when the announcement of the name change was made.

Menace at the Sporting Club Training Complex at Swope Park. The timing of the game is perfect in
relation to Sporting KC's game that night in New York.

Major League Soccer finally released the full 2011 schedule this afternoon. Full details of the
Philadelphia Union schedule can be found on the Schedule page of this blog. It had been previously
known that the Union would begin the season away at Houston and face the Vancouver Whitecaps in
their home opener.
