The Seattle Sounders relative easy access to Clark County, Washington talents (Nick Paludichuk,
Mikhail Doholis) will shortly be coming to an end as the Portland Timbers will be selecting their
U-16 and U-18 players come spring 2012. While some criticized that the Sounders took over a top
level Academy program to springboard their launch, the Timbers are even more aggressive taking over

I don't know about anyone else, but it kinda frustrates me when I watch football matches in the

is... yet in my opinion that said player is actually massively over-rated, and rarely contributes

The U.S. U-17 MNT spent its morning at Estadio Corregidora watching the final match of the group
stage - a game that was suspended last night between Australia and Denmark.
Denmark needed a win to advance to the Round of 16, and it looked like they had one locked up, but
an 89th minute strike from Rochester Sorenson tied the game and sent the Aussies to the knock out
round.

Man City took to the Wembley pitch where they beat Stoke City 1-0 thanks to a Yaya Toure goal.
