Cobra SC at Missouri President's Cup tourney
Congratulations to the Cobra's SC U15 Boys team who went undefeated this weekend, winning 4 games
and giving up only a single goal in the process. They accomplished it in a 32 hour period as the
tournament format required them to play the games between Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon.

The General's scored a pair of goals in the first half and they were able to hold the lead in the
second half against a spirited Cherokee team that has already learned the importance of beating
their East side foes.
AJ Cochran (St Louis/CBC - 7) against #18 (Metro) U17/18's
The two Scott Gallagher programs, Metro (based in Collinsville) and Missouri (the original club in
St Louis) faced off in the first of two derby games between the two US Development Academy teams on
Sunday.
In the U17/18 game, Metro won by a narrow 1-0 margin to move into a 2nd place tie with Sporting
KC.

Caught the opening match today in the U14 Girls group, featuring a pair of local squads. The first
outdoor game of the season, both coaches were subbing regularly to keep the team fresh.
Springfield SC won 3-1, taking the lead in the 2nd half when a cross into the box was picked up
on the far side.
