In the end of the year when all is summed up, Kaka will be the biggest loser. When we wrote that
Real will realize the sad truth that ‘galacticos 2' will be even a bigger farce than the
first version of Perez's team, many thought we were wrong.
As soon as Real came across few serious rivals, things fell into place as making the team by
spending €100 million because of someone's ego is simply not how things are done.

The good ol' Wiz jerseys on Carlos Valderrama day.
This one is worth a chuckle. The folks over at UniWatch have put us up against the Colorado
Caribous and the USMNT from 1994 for the worst-ever soccer jerseys. What do you think? Were they
right? Which of our former jerseys is your favorite awesomely bad uniform?

I recently got hold of Full Zip Barcelona Jacket from SoccerPro. I already have received the FC
Barcelona navy Blue Jacket but this one has a better Bluagrana identity than the other one. The
jacket has a bold red stripe across it's front and back midsection and two thin red stripes on the
center of left sleeve.

The ArseNole 20 October @ 11:07 AM EST
Morning everyone. A fantastic Tuesday to you all. Hope you all enjoyed the win over Birmingham at
the weekend, which I missed because I was out of town at my cousin's first birthday party. Good
result though, and we're right back in the title race with Chelsea losing. But on to other
things.
A while back I talked about receiving an offer from SoccerPro.

Project 2010 13 October @ 01:58 PM EST
We're taking a look at the USA men's soccer jerseys of the last 25 or so years, not only to
provide a bit of history, but also as a bit of a refresher before looking toward the future of the
USA's kit. My main complaint about the USA kit is that there's no continuity. Unlike most national
team kits, the design has changed drastically each time adidas or Nike has unveiled their latest
designs.

It started in nhl and I started wandering would this be same with soccer? The question came about
because the NBA, beginning next season, will let teams sell ads on their practice jerseys and is
exploring allowing them on game jerseys.
I understand the economy stinks and leagues are looking for any way to give teams a financial
boost.

Last week I had a FREE JMS "Believe in it" bracelets giveaway for soccer people of all ages who
sent in pictures of themselves wearing their favorite jerseys. The giveaway was a great success
and people sent in pictures from all over the world! As you will see there were a lot so it took
me a while to sort through them all.

After another summer of big money spending - and who believes they are anywhere near finished! -
the pressure is on Manchester City boss Mark Hughes to achieve an absolute minimum of qualification
for the UEFA Champions League during the 2009-10 campaign. Although many will feel that City should
be looking to challenge for the title, with a number of strong teams in their way, it may prove a
bridge too far for what will essentially be a new team.

A photograph of Tottenham Hotspur's home jersey for the 2009-10 season has been leaked (pictured
above).
Designed and manufactured by Puma, the new design looks completely different than the current
Spurs shirt. The biggest difference of the new white shirt with navy blue trim is the yellow trim
that has been added to accentuate the design.

We were recently asked by soccerpro.com, a leading sporting goods supplier, to see if we would
be interested in reviewing some of the soccer uniforms from their online range of goods. Since both
of us at languagecaster still harbour ambitions of playing football, we took up their offer and
asked for two soccer jerseys: the famous yellow Brazilian jersey and the new England jersey.

Found this online from an Italian website. The shirt is supposed to be a bit of a throwback to the
old days. Uh... ok.. The initial press release from the FIGC said it would have a V-neck, I was
picturing one of those really wide V-necks like they wore back in the day. This shirt doesn't look
too retro in my opinion.

Feast your eyes on this one from Real Potosi in Bolivia, taken during their game against Palmeiras
in 1st Round of Copa Libertadores last week. Palmeiras took the first leg 5-1 in case you were
wondering.
I can't figure out what is worse on this shirt, the manufacturer's name dizzyingly repeated all
over the sleeves, or the fact they have 4 major sponsors on the front of the jersey.
