You might recall that in the summer OTP witnessed some strange going on with a blacked out Adidas
'boot with a brain'. That boot has since become the Adidas f50 miCoach, which allows players to
track performance on the pitch. See it in action in the video above.
Nike's latest release in the T90 Laser IV series comes with a Kanga Lite upper.
Kanga Lite is Nike's patented microfiber upper that is designed to mimic real leather, while
providing an excelled level of weather proofing.
These boots also feature a new innovative shot shield, or Adaptive Shield, that is designed to
provide "The Perfect Shot".
I had the opportunity to head to New York this past week to check out the all new Nike
T90 Laser IV. Nike did a pretty awesome job, giving us a full presentation of the boots
technology, followed by the opportunity to actually test out a pair on one of the oldest soccer
pitches in New York (the Met Oval in Queens).
Nike's latest release comes in the form of a completely redesigned boot for the
modern day striker the T90 Laser IV. You are going to see top players like Wayne
Rooney and Wesley Sneijder sporting this new range in the coming weeks.
Focused on adapting to the technical demands and movement of a highly mobile striker the new T90
Laser IV is 20% lighter than the previous version and features a streamlined silhouette
that provides enhanced fit and feel on the ball.
After what was an absolutely hectic Summer of New Releases, Colorways and Sales, it seems like a
good time to create a recap in case you missed some of the action especially if it was on SC101!
Seasons in Europe are about to kick off and with MLS getting close to playoffs, it is an exciting
time for soccer fans.
What a classic look the new Nike Tiempo Legend IV has, with this version coming
in a Black/White/Total Orange colorway! Nike has lowered the weight of the
release, and combined a Kanga-Lite with K-Leather upper to offer great touch and weatherproofing.
They fall right in line with the expectations of the range, and sit with the best touch/control
soccer cleats on the market.
Christine Sinclair's goal ended the Germans enviable World Cup record
The German women's team looked like it was coasting to a win led by an exciting new generation
of multi-ethnic players just like their male counterparts. The names of Celia Okoyino Da Mbabi and
Fatmire Bajramaj will no doubt become familiar to thousands as the World Cup goes on.
Before trying out Puma's PowerCat 1.10 cleats, I had only ever used cheap cleats to play football.
They were functional and quite inexpensive- and thus got the job done without much fuss. However, I
had long been wondering how big a difference a true pair of cleats would make. When offered to try
out these cleats from SoccerPro.
When Eric Hassli flicked the ball up and promptly volleyed it into the far top corner of Seattle's
goal, I was amazed. In two touches, Hassli made the difference, salvaging the Caps from a loss.
While this season the Frenchman has been decent, scoring penalties without problems but also
getting red cards, finally we've seen his magical touch truly save Vancouver's ass.

After getting the chance to test the Adidas F50 Adizero, it is apparent that the German boot-maker
has created the ultimate speed cleats. While Nike and Puma have done their best to keep up, Adidas
managed to come out on top with their release of the Adidas F50 Adizero Prime, which are currently
the lightest cleats on the market.

The Umbro Stealth soccer boots were launched in early 2010 and quickly found favor amongst serious
players worldwide. At Football Fashion we thought that they were among the best boots of last year.
Even now you will see Arsenal and France leftback Gael Clichy still using them on a weekly basis.
Now the UK-based company has [.
A friend of mine recently splashed some cash on a pair of Nike Mercurial Vapor Superfly III's, and
being the cleat nerd that I am, I had to take a couple of photos. In case you're not much of a Nike
fan, don't worry as I've got my review of the Adidas F50 Adizero coming soon. The F50's arrived a
few weeks ago from SoccerPro, and I'm finishing up the testing now.

Adidas are the speed kings, there's no other way to put it. When they released the original F50
Adizero, everyone was speechless at how the German company managed to trim so much weight while
maintaining a comfortable boot. Now Adidas have revamped the F50 Adizeros, making changes to the
upper, visual design, and releasing the Prime version which is now the lightest boot in the world.

I usually don't post many ads/videos, but when I saw this one from Adidas, I had to post it. The
F50 Adizero Prime are being hyped up by Adidas, and this ad with Lionel Messi has become one of my
favorites.
While I usually prefer Nike ads (mainly because they tend to be much more epic compared to Adidas
which has always been slightly cheesy), this new Adidas ad is my favorite right now.
Andres Iniesta is without a doubt one of the best players in the world at the
moment. This latest piece from Nike showcases both his skills and the sleek new Nike CTR360
Maestri II.
UK-based soccer gear firm Umbro has officially released the follow-up to its much-vaunted Umbro
Stealth with the Umbro STII (or Stealth II) soccer boots. Everton fans may be familiar with the
STII boots as they've been worn by Toffees' and England defender Phil Jagielka over the past few
months. According to Umbro: The latest addition to Umbro's [.

Yesterday I show up in Shreveport, Louisiana for my soccer camp and one of my coaches Arms Brown
gets out of the car rocking these Vibram FiveFingers shoes. You ever seen these before? I have
heard of them but never seen them in real life. They looked sweet and I was teasing him he was
going to whip out his studs kit and turn them into screw ins for soccer cleats!
The orange version of the F50 Adizero PrimeAdidas revolutionized the idea of a lightweight boot
when they released the F50 Adizero. Now they have raised the bar yet again with their release of
the Adidas F50 Adizero Prime. While Puma held the title of, "lightest cleat in the world" with the
Puma V1.10 SL, Adidas managed to shave off about 20 grams from the original F50 Adizero, making the
Prime version an impressive 145 grams (or 5.
