Any one who follows Mario Balotelli's career knows his slogan, "Why Always Me?" Well some English
rapper was inspired by this and has now penned a song about him. The Italian striker decide to take
advantage of this situation by creating a t-shirt with the help of Umbro. The proceeds of the shirt
will go to a charity of Balotelli's choice and the song will be featured in an upcoming campaign.
Returning home after Christmas, I opened my mailbox to find a wonderful surprise awaiting me – a
copy of 'So Paddy Got Up', the Arsenal anthology edited by Andrew Mangan of Arseblog.com. How my
brother had managed to be one of the few people to snag a hard-copy, I don't know, but it was, to
quote Arseblog's famous slogan, ‘fuckin excellent' to discover that he had.
As the (Acting) President of the Alliance Council, I've heard plenty of skepticism about the
Alliance, whether it truly represents "Democracy in Sports" or not, and whether or not it is - or
can be - a true voice for fans and a way for them to take some control in the operation of the
Sounders.
I share some skepticism.
Actually Adebayor is bigger than everybody. Greg focuses on important matters here. Not quite
what Thierry Henri had in mind when he famously remarked that 'size matters'. His slogan for
tomorrow is, 'Kevin Davies: can we fix him? Yes we can!' We are all determined to put Wednesday
behind us and let's hope the club does too.

The story of Billy Sharp is all over the British press today, but we feel that this is the kind
of story that all of our readers, regardless of geographical location, should get to hear
about.
Billy scored a goal for Doncaster Rovers last night, after insisting he was ready to play in his
side's 3-1 defeat to Middlesbrough despite the death of his two-day-old son Luey Jacob on
Saturday.
Footballers are very much like Marmite, you either love them or hate them. So, for out Top 10 of
the week this week we have listed those who emulate the slogan incorporated by our favourite yeast
extract... 10. Roy 'Keano' Keane Love: Perhaps the only born leader of his generation. Hate: In my
eyes, he [.
As the game wound to a close, I was toying with an opening line for a reaction post, something
along the lines of: "These two teams could play for 90 days instead of 90 minutes and never find
the damn net."
So imagine my surprise when a late whistle finally answered a United attacker flinging himself to
the ground in the box.
I think anybody who follows this blog on a regular basis will be current on what has happened in
Indonesian football this year and certainly I have no intention of rehashing the year so
far...again.
We've had the Liga Primer Indonesia start, go into a mid season break then end with a whimper,
their slogan of Change The Game quietly shunted to one side when it was realised the only change
was in the people running the game.
destemplada y lluviosa noche hubieron conspirado.
The final blow? The Manchester billboard wars have been bubbling on since Carlos Tevez joined
Manchester City in 2009. City controversially paid for a city centre billboard advertisement
featuring Tevez and the slogan 'Welcome to Manchester'. Since then there has been plenty of
reworkings of the billboard, like Michael Owen's Welcome To Stretford poster, the [.
Tottenham Hotspur's rallying slogan "Glory Glory" could soon be transformed into the slightly more
21st Century sounding "Flair, Style and Adventure" as the club embarks on a major business
rebranding.
While watching the match on television today between AC Milan and Cesena, I couldn't help but
notice this banner that was caught on camera during half-time.
The banner features a racy image of a blonde wearing an AC Milan kit. But does anyone know what
the slogan is? My Italian isn't that good.

Ah, the gnashing of teeth. The putting of words into the mouth. Many people over the past week
or two have been putting forward the idea of #TrophiesNotFriendlies. Some have adopted the slogan
as it is quick, easy and poignant, but they don't necessarily speak for myself. Considering how
much chatter there has been concerning friendlies this year, and the latest statements from MLS
Commissioner Don Garber, it is time to clarify.

How come the weekend seems further away than ever on a Friday morning? Allow us to divert your
attention from the responsibilities of being a grown-up for a few minutes with a some perky stories
from the past week.
Anyone who follows soccer as passionately as we who populate this site have no doubt been
incensed by FIFA. Whether it is the corruption scandals, short-sighted decision making, egomania or
selective morality when it comes to issues of race, gender and sexual orientation, we all have our
own bone to pick with FIFA.
mismo, vote Castrilli".
A group of fans of River Plate seeks to change the red band for black, with a campaign whose slogan
is "the shirt does not go down". The idea is that the team put aside the traditional shirt to play
in the Primera B with one that has a black band, representing mourning.
Here's, the FFF-produced video for the French women's national team:
Yikes. I mean, parts of it are cute, I guess. But not so much the parts where individual members of
the team lip sync.
Members of the national team also posed nude in 2009, for an FFF campaign with the lovely slogan,
"Do we have to show up like this, in order for you to come see us play?
FC BARCELONA prides itself in being "More The Just Any Club", its their unique differentiating
slogan that they wave as their standard flag. With this in mind, Spanish Football Sports has
whipped up & edited a Video that attempts to capture the "human moments" that makes Barça so
different straight after the UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL 3 - 1 victory over Manchester United
last Saturday at the
The perception of Manchester City by rival fans has transformed just as much as their playing squad
in recent years.
Their rich owner's rather crude approach to team building has irked many supporters, though
jealously certainly comes into it as well as perhaps the British way of being ruffled and offended
by brash displays of wealth.
The United States Soccer Federation has revealed a new uniform and a new motto to go with it:
"Indivisible." The single world slogan is the product of a "crowd sourcing" campaign, in which fans
were encouraged to submit their ideas to team-sponsor Nike. Dubbed "Red All Over," the project
created a lot of buzz and raised a big question: Why would the USSF want to replace the old motto,
"Don't Tread on Me"?
NEW YORK, NY In an article on Sports Illustrated titled "It's time for someone to depose Sepp
Blatter as FIFA's leader" journalist Grant Wahl has announced his intentions to run for FIFA's
presidency. Current FIFA president Sepp Blatter is running for his fourth term, with elections
falling on June 1.

The charming double act we know as Keysy and Graysy – or those sexist bastards – have been
hired by TalkSport, in what the radio station calls a "sensational coup". How fitting that a
company with the brilliantly Ronseal slogan, "For men who like to talk sport", should provide a
comfortable – and natural – home for the disgraced pair.
Who framed Chicharito? Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez has been set-up in an apparent
dig at Manchester City fans. A photo has begun circulating which allegedly shows the Mexican
sensation holding a piece of paper featuring the slogan: "35 years." The phrase is regularly used
by United supporters to taunt their City rivals over the [.
