At the end of the day fellow Spurs fans, it's a foregone conclusion isn't it? He is quoted this
morning by Sky Sports as saying,
"Tottenham is my team and the fans have been fantastic. It
wouldn't be right to focus on anything else other than Spurs. That's my focus." But
realistically he's never going to turn it down in the summer.

It took a cool £8million to get the case to this stage, where a joyful Harry Redknapp walks
free from Southwark Crown Court and back to Tottenham and their title charge. Hardly a sensible use
of money?
While Arsenal fans will no doubt be crying into their free-trade cappuccinos, Sky Sports News
will no doubt be breathing a sigh of relief.
A few notes from around the club today, including the signing of another young talent (as seen
below).

After another frustrating draw at Anfield, this time against Spurs, Liverpool had to settle for a
scoreless draw with the Londoners.
Despite taking the game to 3rd placed Tottenham, Liverpool failed to break down a stubborn defence
in which Dawson, King and Parker at times excelled at repelling everything Liverpool threw at them.

Finishing up in little more than an unbuttoned shirt and a cheeky smile at a sub-freezing Loftus
Road, the bloody scamps over at Sky Sports News had Chris Kamara switch around an item of clothing
every time they cut from the Soccer Saturday studio to the QPR-Wolves game.
All had been quiet on the Luka Modric front until the end of last week when Spurs midfielder and
Everton loanee Steven Pienaar made comments to the press suggesting that Tottenham would have
difficulty in holding on to their Croatian genius once the season comes to an end.
It's worth looking at the South African's quotes in full,
"Luka is a top player for Spurs and if he leaves it is hard to say what will happen there,"
Pienaar told the Sunday Mirror.

Keep calm and carry on isn't just a greetings card company, it's a quintessential English saying

There was a lack of real excitement during the final day of the 2012 January Transfer Window,
with none of the Premier League's big names on the move and a subsequent drop in spending from the
same day 12 months ago means the latest transfer window closed without much of a noise.
The speculation that ran wild from Sky Sports News reporters situated at Premier League grounds
became boring with attention being finally turned to actual fixtures that took place on the
night.
Manchester United's best chance of beating Chelsea - originally posted on Soccerlens.com
With the Manchester clubs tied on points at the top of the table and only Tottenham with an
outside chance at the title, this year's Premier League is almost guaranteed to be
Manchester-bound.
But it's not an easy road Manchester United still have City, Tottenham and Chelsea (this
weekend) away, plus Liverpool home.
Spurs assistant manager Kevin Bond revealed that Aaron Lennon and Jermain Defoe remain as major
doubts for Monday night's clash with Liverpool. Both players have been struggling with hamstring
injuries and while the timing of the game gives them an extra chance to recover, it looks as if
both will miss out.

Episode Four : A New Trial.....
In a time not so long ago, in a world departed from this reality....
A Man divided opinion of what was right and decent
A Man led a country; All its people, All casts,
All its hopes rested on his shoulders
His Name was John Terry.
So another transfer window comes to a close. This unlike many others was surprisingly quiet,
mainly due to clubs now having to take into account UEFA's Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations.
Another reason for the quiet was our gaffer's appearances in court seriously restricting his
ability to go on Sky Sports News every five minutes and tell the world which 'top top players' he
was looking at.

Anyone who has ever watched Sky Sports News on either August 31st or January 30th will already
be well acquainted with Jim White; the insufferable, eardrum-rupturing Scotch twat that covers the
deadline day vinegar strokes, booming away like a foghorn as, say, Bradley Orr arrives at Blackburn
for a routine medical, etc, etc.
When transfer deadline day rolls around, Sky Sports News' Jim White gets more excited than a
puppy attached to a leash made of bacon. So excited, in fact, that sometimes his mouth is so
overeager to spit out the latest transfer dealings that it creates a perfect sized opening for his
foot.
Newcastle have made another official bid for Watford center-back Adrian Mariappa. Adrian Mariappa
last bid made by Newcastle Alan Pardew has told Sky Sports that Newcastle have now made their
final offer today for the 25 year-old center-back, and if Watford turn that down, which is
likely, Newcastle may not get another center-back through the door [.
Arsenal have signed this guy to partner RVP. Alive and kicking?
If you are an Arsenal fan, your level of excitement should be deader than a dodo.
Wayne Bridge goes to Sunderland and Arsenal can heave a sigh of relief. Ravel Morrison, the Man
Utd teenager with a self destructive streak but the skills of a young Paul Scholes, goes to West
Ham.
Sky Sports is reporting that Newcastle are hoping to still sign Watford's Adrian Mariappa before
the transfer window closes at 11:00 pm tonight. Adrian Mariappa Newcastle still after this player

Quite an entertaining story circulating from Sky Sports today stating that the Liverpool
chairman Tom Werner has denied that winger Stewart Downing was signed from Aston Villa based on a

The video is so fake its quite unbelievable, so its surprising to even hear the Liverpool
chairman commenting on the matter.

by STUART WATSON I really love the F.A Cup, a lot of my boyhood memories derive from the
competition whether they be good or bad. A few early ones include the two semifinals at Wembley in
the early 90's, Wrexham in 92, Linighans late goal to win us the cup in 93, Andy Walker smashing
the ball past David Seaman to give Bolton a historic win at Highbury, and getting knocked out by
Millwall and Sheffield United in consecutive seasons.
It's official: Lille striker Moussa Sow has signed for Fenerbahçe. Until yesterday, Kenny Dalglish

week, Sow revealed his admiration for Liverpool:"Liverpool, well, that is a dream club.
