Robbie Keane would have done the same

dioforce. 20 November @ 09:19 PM EST
More than enough has been written about the unfortunate turn-of-events when France advanced to the 2010 World Cup at Ireland's behest.

Tippeliga round 16: Relentless Rosenborg, the mysterious Mr. Huseklepp and laughable Lyn fans

Nordic Fotoball News 29 June @ 07:45 PM EST

This recent bout of hot weather has made Norwegians hit the beaches like dyslexic gangsta rappers, but like busses in the Stavanger-area the Tippeliga waits for no one, and so here is a quick roundup of the latest batch of games from the top tier of Norwegian football.

By now you really must be getting tired of reading this phrase, but it continues to be the case and we're too hot to figure out a more clever way of wording it: Unless Rosenborg sell their entire midfield in the summer, they'll win the league.

Canna Goes Back to Juve

Futbolita 19 May @ 11:56 PM EST

Everybody loves old school Cannavaro and his shoe-tying bitchface! This was a photo taken in 1991 when Canna was still at the Naples football academy. He's obviously come a long way since then, hairstyle and all.

It is confirmed that Canna will join Juventus again in July. But he doesn't expect a warm reception from the fans particularly after he "deserted" them three years ago for Royal Madrid.

Soccerblog 19 May @ 02:55 AM EST

Richard Caborn maybe embarrassed that a BNP member was allowed to attend the opening of the World Cup bid. A jarring note, potentially undermining a major selling point: England's inclusiveness.

However it is the expenses scandal rocking England that is proving a major embarrassment for the Labour party.
