As part of Stumptown Footy's continuing offseason autobiographical series on how soccer explains
our lives, here's my very long story about my youth soccer playing days in Minnesota, stints in
Europe, and eventual connection with the Portland Timbers. It's the story of a lifelong search for
a soccer team to support, and all the stumbling blocks along the way.
Feliz Sabado! It's our weekend wrap-up again, and first on the menu is
Cristiano's enthusiasm for playing dress-up... típicas!
Earlier this week, your favourite Portuguese hunk (don't try to deny this, grandmas!)
launched his special CR7 collection, which features a series of his favourite

Chicharito or Rooney?
Thx for the lighting-fast spot and send, Emma!
As if we needed more ammo to ramble on about Barcelona's Gerard Pique and Shakira, we can now
tell you that the pop singer has easily paid her WAG Club entrance cover charge with a Twitpic of
her Spanish sunshine via her Twitter Account.
