The Anfield tabby who made an appearance in the Liverpool vs Spurs match has become a major
sensation like Susan Boyle, out of nowhere. Probably the most exciting event in that match other
than Luis Suarez's kick to Scotty Parker's stomach that sent the Spurs midfielder to the ground
grovelling in pain.
According to QPR boss, Mark Hughes, the club is nearing the completion of a move for Brazilian
sensation Ganso. Ganso has long been a target for some of Europe's biggest clubs however, in the
recent few weeks, the EPL has looked like a very real destination for him.
With a host of top sides all after Ganso's signature, it is shocking that he would opt for
QPR.
Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho is ready to offer Luis Suarez an escape from his Liverpool nightmare
reports the Daily Mail.
According to reports in Spain, the La Liga giants will offer £30million in a bid to bring the
Uruguayan international to the Bernabeu this month.
Mourinho is hoping to take advantage of the furore currently surrounding the Liverpool striker,
after Suarez was banned for eight games following an alleged race row with Patrice Evra.
When it was first announced that Thierry Henry would be returning to the club, as an Arsenal
fan, it was always going to be impossible not to get excited about the move.
Some people however, were quick to criticize the deal, stating the 34-year old forward was
"past it" and this was just another "desperate" signing by Arsene
Wenger.
Everybody I talked to said the same thing – we were up for it like no other game in recent
memory. Not just a derby, this one has become more sour over the last few years. There's a bitter
edge to it, compared with the intense but long-standing rivalry with the Arsen*l, heightened by the
welcome but unusual sensation of being third and favourites.
