Bouna Coundoul is now a member of Red Bull NY. The Senegal international has been without a club
since the start of 2009, but his Major League Soccer rights remained with the Colorado Rapids,
where he spent the 2005-08 seasons. Coundoul refused a contract offer with Colorado for 2009. New
York traded Colorado allocation money for Coundoul's MLS rights.
