Rumours have started to circulate that West Ham have struck a deal with Avram Grant,
paving the way for Martin O'Neill to take over. But, apparently, the West Ham boss won't be sacked
until after today's game with Arsenal and that the deal was struck on Thursday.
Grant has appeared to be a dead man walking for a number of weeks now and with nobody from the
