Isn't this a case of two plus two equals six here?? Surely the press have something better to do
than to carry on with the ridiculous articles about Roman turning up the heat on AVB by
attending training every day this week!
The next ridiculous rumour is that AVB is to be replaced by Fabio Capello "sooner rather than
later"!

This is Missé Beqiri and these are her extremely not safe for work "girls". We're
particularly impressed by her ability to smoke a cigarette with one hand and no bra.
If those perky things didnt get your attention maybe this will: she's a Swedish model who is
said to be dating Manchester United's Danish backdoor bad boy keeper, Anders Lindegaard.

With 3 defeats in the last 4 games and an unconvincing win against Leeds in the last round of
the FA Cup, Arsenal fans were feeling far from optimistic ahead of this 4th round clash against
Aston Villa.
Rumour had it that the Gunners injury list was starting to ease, and so it
proved with Sagna, Henry and Arteta all named on the bench and also the young Frenchman Coquelin
was deputising at right back.

Most Arsenal fans are resigned to the fact that Arsene will not be buying any more players in
January, despite the massive injury list at the Emirates, but that doesn't stop the Arsenal
transfer rumours popping up all over the place. The one I like the best is the rumour that Wenger
has been sending [.
You all know how much I hate fake "reports" about transfers, so let's just bat one down for good. I
have fully confirmed that AGF Aarhus is not the SAS Liga team interested in Charlie Davies,
something I've been trying to do almost since whatever Danish tabloid that started the rumour first
aired it.
Juventus and Italian national team legend Alessandro Del Piero has long been linked with a move
to MLS, and despite recent reports having him wind up with the Montreal Impact, the club's
president set the record straight on the matter.
Joey Saputo admitted to having discussions with the 37-year-old Del Piero's representatives on
two occasions -- last April in Montreal and last June in Italy -- while discussing a potential move
to MLS, but offered that Del Piero has his eyes on the league's two major markets should he come to
America.
Harry Redknapp's long awaited court case starts today and while it may not be right at this
stage to comment on the possible implications for Spurs, it could yet hamper any transfer activity
into White Hart Lane. Although as we've seen before, the manager doesn't necessarily have to be
present for any deals to be concluded, this could be seen as a sign to expect a quiet end to
January.
Didier Drogba against Aston Villa on 30th December 2011 scored his 150th goal for the club which is
a truly amazing record. With rumour and suggestion a plenty around the man from the Ivory Coast,
this could be his last season with the club.
QuickFireGoals on You Tube has posted this fantastic video of every single one of his 150 goals for
Chelsea.
All because Liverpool hasn't made a move yet in the transfer market doesn't mean that people
aren't saying they're about to. So join us for the latest fun-like substance as we run down the
latest collection of names being linked into—and out of—the club as the end of the January
window edges into sight.
There's just under two weeks to go before the January transfer window closes and whilst it has been
a quiet month so far on the Sky Sports transfer tracker, with all the speculation brewing and the
needs of clubs becoming ever apparent as their seasons hang in the balance, don't be surprised to
see the [.
Premier League duo Liverpool and Newcastle are both interested in signing FC Twente striker Luuk de
Jong but neither side has made an offer, according to the player's agent.
The 21-year-old has been linked with a number of clubs around Europe after impressing for Twente,
with Italian side Fiorentina already having declared their interest.

According to today's press, Liverpool are considering a move for a Premier League striker. Check

Looks like the 23 year old Argentinian striker/ winger has committed himself to remaining at
Anderlecht to help them win the Jupiter League. He has been strongly linked with Arsenal with
Wenger tracking him for months since the Europa Cup began. Suarez has scored 14 goals for the
Belgian first division side.
I wrote in the blog just before Christmas that I was broadly in favour of Thierry's return when it
was just a rumour. If all he does is score one goal, then it's been worth it for a number of
reasons.
Firstly, despite returning with Barca and NY, Thierry never really got the send off he deserved.
Interesting rumour doing the rounds today, don't think it'll ever happen but I'm pretty sure
it'd solve a lot of the problems in the Man United midfield if it was to come true Frank Lampard is
apparently wanted by Man United. Lampard is obviously unhappy with his current situation at
Chelsea, he's not featuring in all of their games under Villas-Boas and with United's midfield
looking very weak, Lampard could be a great signing.

Or knowing Spurs, probably neither: However, there is increasing speculation that defensive
cover will be brought in at the Lane this month and there are two players currently dominating the
reports.
Christopher Samba is no stranger to these rumours and at the start of the season he hinted at a
possible move, suggesting that he'd had enough of playing his football at the wrong end of the
table.
Rangers striker Nikica Jelavic is refusing to be distracted by reports that Liverpool are
considering a bid for him.
Jelavic, who joined the Glasgow side from Rapid Vienna in 2010, has been linked with a big money
move in January - with QPR just one Premier League club to have been credited with an interest.
The news came through with startling speed, another rumour that swelled to an almost bewildering
succession of public statements in just a few short hours. At the end of yesterday, the
battle-wearied supporters of Darlington FC could only step back, blinking, and survey the wreckage.
Their club has been pushed into administration for the third time in less than ten years, and the
prognosis for its future looks bleak.
The net is going to be swimming in cynical fake transfer rumours this month, and Real Madrid's
Esteban Granero is the latest name to be 'linked' to the club.Is there any proof whatsoever that
the 'rumour' is true? NO.Sources: NONEAgent quotes: NONEOwner Quotes: NONEPlayer Quotes: NONEAny
credible evidence at all?
Dimitar Berbatov was the Premier League's top scorer seven months ago and lifted a record
breaking 19th title with Manchester United. He has been fourth choice striker at the club this
season though, behind Wayne Rooney, Danny Welbeck and Javier Hernandez.
The club tried to sell the striker in the summer following his omission from the Champions
League final squad but the player wasn't having any of it, determined to stay on our books and
fight for his place and has behaved admirably since.
The comments of the host of The Football League Show, Manish Bhasin, over the whereabouts of his
show in the BBC schedules over the festive break have been causing social media no little disquiet
over the last couple of days or so. This morning, though, a chink of light was granted into a
possible reason behind why Bhasin was being so forthright on the subject, with rumours starting to
appear in the press suggesting that the corporation is not going to renew its option on the
programme come the end of this season.
Yoann Gourcuff has been linked with a move to Arsenal for a long, long time.
Since the summer this 'rumour' has grown bigger than Gervinho's forehead and won't go away despite
Arsene Wenger denying it will happen.
Wenger's reason for not bringing in Gourcuff is that Jack Wilshere and Abou Diaby will be back from
injury soon and there will be a lot of players in the midfield area.
With Liverpool in obvious need for a proven striker, especially with Suarez facing an eight-match
ban in the near future, one possibility is German hitman Lukas Podolski.
The Polish native is playing for German side Cologne and has scored 14 goals in 15 appearances
already this season.
He has also scored 43 goals in 95 games for his adopted Country, Germany in the past few years.
Day ten of the SPL Advent. Rangers. Dreaming of a Whyte Christmas.
Rangers offer another chance for one of these half season reviews to become more a work of
financial reporting. I'll try to resist.
We know the taxman cometh, we know Craig Whyte himself rarely seems short of a battle to fight and
we know that other companies and individuals have raised concerns over Rangers' financial position.
What are the odds Darren Bent has a new club next season? Derek McGovern's Bets of the
Day
Rumour has it Darren Bent could be heading out of Aston Villa in January. On Sunday, he
literally put himself in the shop window. There's only one place I've ever gone window shopping and
that was in Amsterdam – it cost me £1,000!
What are the odds Fernando Torres re-signs for Liverpool? Derek McGovern's Bets of the
Day
There's a rumour that Fernando Torres could be leaving Chelsea in the January transfer window.
It's not known if a fee will be involved. The Spaniard has scored three league goals in 25 games in
a blue shirt – a poor return even by Everton standards.
Believe it or not, it seems as though David Villa has been put up for sale by Barcelona after he
has fallen out of favour at the Nou Camp and epecially falling out with Lionel Messi.
On this report here on ESPN, it seems that leading Spanish Paper "
Marca" believe that Villa
could be heading to England with Chelsea and Liverpool debating whether or not to make a move for
the Spanish striker.
Day two of our Scottish football Advent calendar. Celtic lurk behind today's window.
Was it really just a few weeks ago that all hope was lost and Neil Lennon's job prospects looked
bleaker by the match?
Celtic teetered as Rangers thrived, the SPL gap was getting bigger and the Parkhead title challenge
was being written off.
It was probably inevitable that Kyle Walker's breakthrough season should have been greeted with
a host of rumours linking him with a transfer abroad.
As most Spurs fans expected, Kyle returned home after his loan spell at Aston Villa to make the
right back slot his own and after being called up to numerous full England squads, he finally made
his international debut last month.
Rumours have been rife that Italian giants Juventus are looking to sign Alex from us. Alex himself
talked up a move last summer but no deal could be agreed. As a result he stayed here but has hardly
featured and as a result
handed in a transfer request last week that has been accepted.
It's now believed that Juventus are looking to offer Chelsea £2m for Alex in January knowing that
his contract is due to expire at the end of the season.
The rumour in the British press Monday is that Fabio Capello may leave Wayne Rooney out of his
Euro' 2012 squad if his three game ban isn't reduced.
I have to think this is a poor attempt at filling column inches. Either that or Capello is
suffering from temporary insanity.
England managers have taken a gamble on including injured players in their squads in the past in
the hope that the player will be fit for the later stages of a competition.
Breaking news today on Official Chelsea. Nicolas Anelka and Alex have handed in transfer requests
to the club and these have both been accepted!
To be honest it comes as no surprise as both players have been the subject of rumour and
speculation lately.
Alex has been talking of moving to Italy since back in the summer and hasn't featured a
great deal this season so far.
Stories today are emerging of Italian interest in two of our defenders and while one rumour may
have some legs, the other has been dismissed by its intended target.
Younes Kaboul attracted a little interest over the summer, mainly from his French homeland, but
that interest is set to increase due to his largely confident displays at the heart of the Spurs'
defence.
If by any chance, Spurs fans held any hope of seeing Didier Drogba in a Lilywhite shirt anytime
soon, that optimism has been dashed by his agent's claims that he is seeking as big a pay cheque as
possible to end his career.
In truth, this one never seemed likely but at least now the rumour can be put to bed once and
for all,
"Once you are well into your thirties, you have to go to a club where you can be certain you'll
be able to pay your bills," said Thierno Seydi.
To get the biggest issue out of the way off the top, there's no actual news yet on the injury
Lucas picked up against Chelsea in the League Cup on Tuesday. There are, however, rumours. And, as
is the way with rumours of this sort, they're mostly terrible no good very bad ones we'd really
rather not give much credence to.
After speculation about his future it seems that Didier Drogba will be leaving Chelsea after his
contract expires at the club. There have been plenty of rumours of different clubs interested in
his services as it appeared blatantly obvious that at 33, the club were never going to offer him
the two year contract he wants.
"Say hello to my little friend". Ash seeks inspiration from the greats for his new role. Image:
Michael Regan/Getty Images Europe.
Ashley Cole has apparently signed on to play himself in a new movie about a dodgy sports agent.
Ash, who has managed to stay relatively clear of the spotlight lately by limiting his exposure to
ladies, mobile telephones and small arms, will feature in 'Played' alongside Sam Allardyce, Joe
Cole and Brit actor Danny Dyer.
There's a rumour circulating this afternoon that Spurs are looking at making an approach for
QPR's Argentine midfielder Alejandro Faurlin when the transfer window opens in January.
The rumour, idle or otherwise, is gathering a bit of momentum so if there is a vacancy across
the White Hart Lane middle, it's worth looking at the player's credentials to see if he can fill
it.
