The Colorado School of Mines women's soccer team scored four first-half goals on its way to a
convincing 4-0 win over UC-Colorado Springs in RMAC action on Sunday afternoon at the CSM Soccer
Stadium.
Mines broke through in the 26th minute when Dani Hering played a ball far post that looked like
it was on its way out of bounds when Erin Onat back heeled the ball in to give CSM the lead.
Fort Lewis scored in the second minute, added some second half insurance, then withstood a
furious rally to defeat No. 8 Colorado Mines 2-1 on Sunday at Dirks Field.
Freshman Kosta Kordistos started the scoring early, slipping a shot past CSM goalkeeper Manville
Strand and inside the far post just 1:43 into the game.
