Thanks to Melbourne Victory Football Club I have one double pass to give away for the big Australia
Day clash vs Sydney FC, next Thursday (January 26) at AAMI Park. To enter, answer the following
question.... Ricardinho is: a) The best player to ever wear a Melbourne Victory shirt. b) Better
than Leandro Love.
Last August Melbourne Victory Chairman Anthony Di Pietro stated that the Club would be releasing
Ricardinho at the conclusion of his loan deal from Parana Clube on December 31, 2011. At the time
Victory were clearing the way for Harry Kewell and needed to free up the International Marquee spot
which Ricardinho occupied.

Rangers dive-bombed out of the Champions League at the first hurdle last night, drawing 1-1
against Malmo at the Swedbank Arena, thus failing to reverse the 1-0 home defeat inflicted upon
them by the Swedes at Ibrox last week.
The ill-tempered affair saw Gers end the game with nine men after having both Steven Whittaker
and Madjid Bougherra pick up straight reds for 'hoying the ball around willy-nilly' and 'planting
elbows in craniums' respectively.
Scottish champion Rangers exited the Champions League in the qualifying stage on Thursday, drawing
1-1 on the night with Malmo and losing 2-1 in aggregate. Rangers were already down a man when
Nikica Jelavic scored in the 23rd minute. Steven Whittaker had been sent off five minutes earlier,
and Madjid Bougherra followed in the 66th.
