The Dutch pitch invader who attempted to kick AZ Alkmaar goalie Esteban Alvarado before finding
himself on the receiving end of a couple of kicks from Alvarado has been sent to prison for six
months. The incident made headlines not only for the nature of the attack, but also because
Alvarado was sent-off [.
Relax. We can still qualify The JimmyG2 Column PAOK acting on Danny Blanchflower's advice
equalised almost before we took the pitch. Then like 'New York; New York' they liked it so much
they did it again. 2-0 down in 12 minutes through slack defending and the future looked bleak. As
Danny had once suggested, 'Get your retaliation in first' But that is at least the 4th time we've
been 2-0
College campuses are obliged to have policies regarding sexual harassment/sex discrimination. These
very broad overlapping categories include sexual assault and the systemic cover-up of abusive
behavior within a department. These kinds of a matters are handled by Penn State's Affirmative
Action Office.
Wayne Rooney is often considered one of England's brightest talents, however, there is one thing
that stands in his way of following in the footsteps of fellow legends Allan Shearer and Paul
Gascoigne - his temper.
After last month's horror lash out on Miodrag Dzudovic during the 2-2 draw with Montenegro in a
Euro 2012 qualifier, it became apparent that Rooney has a problem handling his anger.
The World Cup is going back to Brazil, which means we're surely due for an unforgettable
atmosphere, but it also means we're going to be subject to Pele's ramblings on the entire universe
for the next three years. Not that he ever needed an excuse, , but as the tournament's ambassador,
he's just not going away.
First blood was drawn and the board took the hit... Pleat went down without a fight. Then the
retaliation: Beswick was sacked, ending 15 years with McClaren. Would it help? The first test was
at home against Birmingham [...]
All-round stupidity will be the only memorable part of this predictable, drab encounter.
Arsene went with the expected line-up and the Gunners played higher up the pitch than would have
been advisable. Whenever the Gunners got the ball out wide, and there were at least four or five
defenders against an attacker or two.
We are going to cover a lot of ground in a short time, so buckle up...Let's start with the U-17
fellas, who only opened World Cup play in Mexico last night by smashing the Czech Republic. I'll
just go ahead and consider this a measure of 2006 retaliation.Let's now check the chatter on last
night's Gold Cup quarterfinal win over a considerably less-than-irie Jamaica.
Hmm. So what genre of music would Gary Neville choose to involve himself in? Protest songs,
perhaps? Image via twitter.
'I feel violated. If Mr. Neville continues to use the holy scriptures of Oasis to
communicate with the Cockney massive, I shall be forced to come up to Cheshire in the middle of the
night, break into his house, tie him to a chair, make him listen to the Best Of Simply d(Red)ful
while I pull his tash out one grey hair at a time (with my teeth), liberate those Oasis CDs and
s*** in his manbag.
The man, the myth, the maniacal legend has returned to grace us with his wondrously insane ways
Mad Jens is back.
There is a law in Germany which states Jens must cause drama with each and every goalkeeper who
happens to own a German and/or Polish passport. Just the way it is.
Everything is bigger in Texas. Apparently, that includes hockey brawls. Check out the video
below of a High School hockey brawl. The hockey teams involved are from Texas. In fact, it was a
high school championship game between Keller High School and Arlington Martin High School. Keller
High School ended up winning the game 9-3.
Tuesday night marked the return of the CONCACAF Champions League, with the Columbus Crew - Real
Salt Lake tie being the focus of Major League Soccer fans. Ending in a 0-0 draw, it wasn't the most
exciting match, but considering that this was the first competitive match either side has played in
months, it could of been much worse.

It goes to figure that the aftermath of a rivalry game, even one played in the pre-season, will
have at least a couple stories that don't do the sport or the athletes involved anything good.

The optimism surrounding Charlie Davies' trial with D.C. United seems to increase by the
day.
In a development that is sure to please U.S. national team and United supporters alike, Davies
notched two goals and an assist during the Black and Red's 4-0 win over the Trinidad and Tobago
Under-20 national team Saturday in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
Nothing repeat nothing in football would make me happier than for Arsenal to win the title this
season, if one could add the relegation of a Mick McCarthy team life would be even more rosy. Add
in the relegation of a Pulis team and my cup would runneth over (is that a naughty
expression?)
Like millions of Gooners I was down-hearted at 5 p.
