Colors of the Week in the Brasileiro: Black and White

The 13th round of Campeonato Brasileiro was all about black and white. Atletico-MG and Corinthians were the ones who benefited the most from the midweek round. The two clubs won at home by 2-1 and watched direct rivals losing important points.

In Belo Horizonte, Atletico beat Fluminense, who had the 5th debut of coach Renato Gaucho.

Brasileiro: Atletico-MG reaches the Top; Coaches Get Fired

After the 10th round of Campeonato Brasileiro, Atletico-MG returned to the top after the 3-0 victory in the Belo Horizonte derby. Besides the pathetic red card by Cruzeiro's Ze Carlos, the men of the match were veteran Junior and forward Eder Luis - even though in his goal goalie Andrey gave a big help.
