by STUART WATSON I really love the F.A Cup, a lot of my boyhood memories derive from the
competition whether they be good or bad. A few early ones include the two semifinals at Wembley in
the early 90's, Wrexham in 92, Linighans late goal to win us the cup in 93, Andy Walker smashing
the ball past David Seaman to give Bolton a historic win at Highbury, and getting knocked out by
Millwall and Sheffield United in consecutive seasons.
For the first time in five years we have now lost three Premiership matches in a
row.
I am starting this story now Tuesday evening the 17th where the thoughts of last nights radio
conversation on Talksports Drivetime between Adrian Durham and Ray Parlour are still fresh in my
mind.

submit your questions for the Spurs legend by replying to this post.
There were some good performances from Spurs players on international duty right across the
globe this weekend and in particular, goals from Gareth Bale and Vedran Corluka stood out.
Charlie has made a quick return from injury and will provide much needed defensive cover at the
Lane and he underlined his versatility by slotting in at left back before heading home his
country's third goal in their 3-0 win over Turkey.
"Who is the coach of the World and European Champions?"
If you are asked that question in a pub quiz, then you're going to be reasonably confident of
getting the answer right. No?
Vincente Del Bosque.
Right?
Wrong.
....That's what he used to be called, anyway, when he was a humble commoner.
For a long time now, the media have portrayed us as a club in crisis. Over the last few years,
Arsene Wenger's methods which were once admired and revered have been questioned and put under
scrutiny. We, as Arsenal fans are very loyal to Wenger as we don't – or can't – forget all the
great work he's done in the past.

Another week, another set of worries, pugnaciously poured out of every sweaty orifice of the
interweb. The forums are alive with the sound of unamused-niks. On Sunday, some of that discordance
made its way pitch side to the ears of the manager. This last weekend of course saw Arsenal
tragically, horrifically toss away the Emirates Cup in a result that history will surely mark as
the nadir of our 125 years.

Morning all.
Our transfer business continued a-pace yesterday as we provided another signing for another
club. As expected Jay Emmanuel-Thomas joined Ipswich for around £1m. It's an unsurprising move
considering his career trajectory and his age. If he'd stayed at Arsenal this year he would have
had to be included in the 25 man squad and with Arsene Wenger clearly not considering him a player
of that stature a move was the only realistic option.
