Following the 3-1 Champions League match win, Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho was adamant about clearing any confusion that Internazionale was no longer "a small Champions League club."

The win earned NRT three vital points which helped them leapfrog to second position with 37 points, which is two more than third seeded Three Star Club.

Swayambhu, Brigade Boys, Saraswati Club from Kathmandu and Koilapani Polestar will not take part in the tournament starting from September 18.

KATHMANDU, Oct 4: Top flight debutant Himalayan Sherpa Club (HSC) lifted the San Miguel Knockout Football title at the Dasharath Stadium.
HSC defeated New Road Team (NRT) 1-0 in the final for its first major trophy.

A lone goal from striker Deepak Rai was enough for the HSC to seal their victory.

Tottenham Hotspur are keen to sign AC Milan defender Daniele Bonera, according to Italian TV station RAI.

Fulham and Birmingham have previously both been linked with a move for the 29-year-old centre-back/right-back, who has struggled to break into Milan's first team since a long injury lay-off in 2009 – but Spurs now appear to be head of the queue.
